The location was great across from the park and close to Mont Royal street.
Lots of stairs to the top floor rooms but the staff were very kind to carry my luggage up and down.

The staff! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful.
The hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and had a big window overlooking the park.
We'd stay again.
The bathroom could be upgraded.

When we needed to stay on for an extra couple of days the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful and kind
Our room was dark, dingy and ill-equipped.
The bathroom door didn’t work properly
