Moderne et tout équipé. Rien à redire Emplacement idéal.

The flat itself was very nice and clean. There were coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The location is very central in Mont-Royal, so quite noisy, hence bring your earplugs. The host was very kind and responsive.
Our window faced the alley, and when trying to ventilate by opening the top windows, there was very greasy and stinky air flowing to the flat as it is above Poulet Rouge and McDonalds. The aircon of the flat was very noisy.

Bel appartement tout équipé dans un quartier au top.
Conciergerie réactive joignable par messagerie.
Ventilation bruyante
Les frais de conciergerie sont exorbitants pour une arrivée anticipée (a doublé le prix de la chambre).

Great location, easy to find and the host was really helpful. The apartment was also clean and had a comfy bed. We stayed with our 1 year old and it was a tight fit in the apartment with it not being huge.
Unfortunately in the afternoons our whole apartment smelt of grease from the chicken shop below, the host was really helpful and did send someone in to spray, but unfortunately the smell just appeared back each afternoon once the chicken shop opened. It was coming through the ventilated system.
It was also quite loud at night with being opposite a bar and on the main road.
