The location is fantastic, there are a lot of amazing places to eat, have a coffee, Jean Talon market is 8 minutes away and the local vibe is unbetable. The value for money was good, it is nos a luxurious place but it has everything you need, has an elevator which is rare to find and the kitchen is very well equiped( even had a nespresso machine). The communication was excellent !
The entrance of buidling not the best, but that is out of the control of the host, but good to know that when guest arrive maybe the first impression is not going to be amazing but afterwards is great!

Nice and spacious and modern
The only thing I wish I would've understood better was that I had to fill out that next step on that other website to receive the codes for the doors.

Appartement propre et spacieux, bon emplacement
Canapé-lit peu confortable pour deux semaines, manque de casseroles dans la cuisine.
L'agence ne m'a jamais donné les codes de l'immeuble pour entrer dans le bâtiment. J'ai attendu longtemps et ce sont d'autres locataires qui me l'ont communiqué.

It is a small fully furnished apartment. Quite affordable and practical.
The booking process was a bit unethical. After paying on Booking.com, you have to do additional verification on a site called Truvi.com. You must agree with giving them personal data and a scan of your ID, which they may share with other companies. Also, there is a hidden fee for extra insurance (property damage), for which one may already have insurance. I would have liked to disagree and find another hotel, but since it was unclear and unlikely that the money I already paid would be refunded, I was kind of forced to just swallow all.
