Not a good BW. We have stayed in other BW, but this one was bad. Sheets were probably clean, but stained on both beds. Hotel backs up feet away from I-24.

We got up to have the hot breakfast at 6am to find the front door locked and nobody there for breakfast or to check out. We left the keys in the room and had to have McDonalds for breakfast. Room was nice breakfast not so much!!

Not impressed. The first room we were in had a broken heater/air conditioning unit with a noisy rattling fan that you couldn’t turn off. We complained and they offered us another room, which we took. The first room still had someone in it so they found another. The next room had a freshly painted table that said not to use but otherwise we thought was OK. After settling in, we found an intermittent squal coming from the bathroom vent. It was the high pitch sound like when you shut off a water faucet. It went on all night. Closing the bathroom door muffled it somewhat.

Pretty easy and quick check in. Room smelled and looked clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. There are lots of food and shopping options within a 2 mile radius of the hotel.

I like the hot breakfast, the clean room, and the friendly staff in this place. But there was one thing very unpleasant- The street was under construction. It was very dusty around the hotel. One afternoon, a truck in the parking lot kept its engine on for many hours, creating so much smoke from exhaust. This just made the air quality even worse.

The photos are pretty misleading. I'd say this is a step above Motel 6. Dark, cob webs, and generally not a room I wanna hangout in. You can hear everything going on outside.

This hotel is awesome. I was staying in Murfreesboro due to having to be St Thomas Rutherford / TOA for surgery and had to be there incredibly early. The employees were very nice and welcoming. The room was extremally clean and comfortable and helped me be able to relax ( a little) lol.

The hotel room had a bad stench. Cigarette smell and very humid in the room that didn’t make it any better. Towels smelled a little off. Floor looked as of something was smeared on it.

Spotless room and bathroom. Great shower, nice towels comfortable bed. Freshly repainted. Nice breakfast set-up with a few treats that I don’t typically find. And the price was right.

There was a lot of cockroaches outside. The bathroom was small. When you open or close the bathroom door it hits the toilet. Floorboard on the wall was broken and missing.

Check in process was seamless and the best and most impressive. Felt more like a motel with entrance to room from outside. Didn’t seem fresh but looked clean. Cigarette butts were on the walk way right outside of the doors to enter the rooms. Flooring rom bedroom area leading into the bathroom was unfinished. Not my idea of home away from home. I was expecting more for spending $173. Made me feel like I was in an $60-nught facility.

The hotel room reaked of cigarette smoke and had a cigarette burn in the chair, even though we were told it was a non-smoking room. This is NOT a family friendly location or hotel.

Outside dumpy and dirty. Room layout not good. Room smelled overly disenfected and bleach smelling, however was dusty. Didn’t feel really safe. Would not be good for solo female travel. Way overpriced. Makes it hard to trust Orbitz.

I DIDNT EVEN STAY AT THE PROPERTY WE WENT TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT EXPEDIA BECAUSE WE BOOKED THRU THEM. AS I APPROCHED CHECK IN THE DOORS WERE OUTSIDE LIKE A MOTEL WHICH IS NOT STATED IN DESCRIPTION, THE ROOM WAS NON SMOKING I WALK IN AND SMELT LIKE A BAR THE SMOKING THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE ROOM TV WAS NOT WORKING AND THE WATER DID NOT WORK. THE STAFF WAS AWFUL AND NOW EXPEDIA SAYING THE MANGER DID NOT APPROVE OUR REFUND EVEN THOUGH STAFF TOLD US TO CANCEL AND TAKE IT UP WITH EXPEDIA. DONT STAY HERE OR USE EXPEDIA WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AS WERE OUT OF FUNDS.HOW CAN A MOTEL NOT REFUND YOU WHEN YOU DIDNT STAY THERE? Hotel management was so rude!

There was a problem with the keys opening the doors. Check-in took a bit of time but staff were excellent. Once in the room, the door handle on the inside were loose.

Great hotel. Everything was fine until Friday morning breakfast. Clerk on duty was not trained properly. Sausage links but no eggs or sausage gravy. Toaster and juice machine had no power. I showed the clerk how to open the can of sausage gravy and another guest found the tripped outlet that had turned off the power for the toaster and juice machine.

Room had bugs and spider webs. Bathroom was dirty. They changed my credit card for incidentals nearly the price of the room, with no explanation. I stayed 1 night only using the shower and bed.

The room was not cool at all and later I had cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent. I had an Asma attack and I have not had an issue for six years. I finally was able to change rooms and I could finally go to sleep. It was not a good night at all as they wanted me to move from 1st floor to the second floor all the way across the hotel late at night. I was just not up to it..... clerk finally changed me to a room that I could finally sleep in... bad bad night....

The bathroom is tiny. Barely enough room to move around. The floors are filthy. They allow animals and the dogs next door started barking at 7am. My daughter found a cat claw in the sheets of her bed and there was cat hair hanging off the lamp shades.
