Good location right across from target, near a bunch of food and shopping. It was clean, service was good. Comfort-wise, it was hot in the room (April) which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Staff was very kind and courteous. The hotel is a little older, but still very clean. I would stay here again based off of the kindness of the staff alone.

We stayed one night at this hotel, and upon check in the room had an old carpet smell, the heater was clicking and banging so loud we could not keep it on over night, and the bed had hair all over the sheets and red stains on the mattress protector. When we asked to change rooms, it was not possible, so we asked for the sheets to be changed and we were told we had too many complaints and could stay elsewhere but everything else was sold out, so they eventually changed the bedding, but I would not recommend and would not return in the future.

Restful nights sleep was easily disrupted by loud guests in the hallway and above our room. Beds was super squishy and bouncy. One of the sheets had a crusty stain on it View from our room wasn’t great I’m sure others are better. Breakfast tasted really good but it was cold which was disappointing. I would say this is a last resort if everything else in town was full

Room was a bit dirty - old sock from previous person found in corner of room. Mirrors looked like they'd been cleaned with dirty rag. Hairs in bathroom area. Got good price on room and was accommodated during a busy time.

The hotel would have been ok for a quick family stay on our way through Grand Forks, but the dirty plunger left in the bathroom was a really poor start. The room was not clean. There was hair and toothpaste in the shower and the liquid body wash was solidified in the dispenser. Pretty gross.

The hotel was clean, but not insulated in ceiling. Guests above us were up until 3am stomping around. Management did not take care of the problem. Beds were really hard. The temperature control in the room did not work. It was either cold or sweltering. Our last night we went to the Marriot, which was a comparable price, and were actually able to sleep.

The motel is conveniently located. It is priced very competitively and it is the reason I chose it for this brief stay. I further selected it because that one of the photos of the exterior is of another another property. Even so, the price was right and the property was clean, quiet, and safe.

The only things I would change, would be serving eggs at breakfast. Diabetics, and keto people can't eat anything there. Also, their little grocery corner needs to be filled up. The only thing there is chips really. It would be nice to see some healthy snacks for sale/sandwiches/cheese, things like that. Also, some different beverage choices.

The price was reasonable. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Parking isnt adequate. I had to park at the hotel next door and walk over. The breakfast was bad. Waffle makers dont work either.

This was a great place to stay and will return. However, the tub taps seem to have a scald guard which makes it difficult to get hot water to shower or bathe. Otherwise this hotel is a great place to stay.

Overall it was fine. Hotel is dated and is showing its age. The staff were nice, breakfast was average, beds were fine. Overall a good stay for the price.

I was really impressed with our stay. The hotel was soooo… clean. Our room was very comfortable There was an issue with the chain in the toilet which caused it to run unless we took the lid off and restated the chain so the flapper would go down. This was in Room 211 January 27-28

The kindness and professionalism from the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable, clean and very spacious.When and if I return to Grand Forks, ND I would return to this hotel. I enjoyed the sense of safety and the convenience of the location.

This is an older hotel that is in decent condition. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only 3 pillows but I’m sure we could have requested more. Nice big king bed. Fantastic location. Excellent value for money.

Check in was a bit overwhelming. Lobby was packed full and extremely loud. A lot of children were running loudly through the hallways well past midnight making it difficult for our small kids to sleep. After waking up in the morning we noticed questionable staining in two of the rooms we booked. One on a wall, the other on the side of a bed. All that said, staff were friendly and were trying their best to quiet down the hotel. There must have been some kind of sporting event going on which was no fault of their own.
