I was greeted by a very friendly young women when I went to check in. My room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good as well. It was a great stay. I definitely would stay there again

It’s a very nice hotel but I wish there was a restaurant on property. The area has good dining options and there’s good parking at the hotel. I never received an 11 am wake-up call as requested and I was told that the engineering department would look into it.

Nice hotel near the airport. It was clean, and staff was friendly and pleasant. The highway was very loud. The continental breakfast was delicious—excellent.

The staff and hotel were great. Breakfast was what I expected in the little buffet. My only problem was the noise from the highway next to the hotel. I actually checked the window to see if it was open. I would not stay there again because of the road noise

The night clerk on 6/22/23 couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After a harrowing flight from FL it was great to have a hassle free check in and a comfortable bed for sleeping.

The room seemed old and tired. Lots of noise from the highway. And the AC wasn’t thermostat controlled so we had to keep getting up in the night to change settings. The front desk always had a line so it was hard to get attention. The pool closed right when we arrived so we didn’t get to use it.

We normally stay closer to Muhlenberg College but chose the Fairfield Inn due to price. The staff was FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, and truly understand Customer Service.

1. The pool was not clean, bugs and debris floated at the top. 2. The room we stayed in smelled like the carpet was soaked and didn't dry properly. 3. The hotel manager was a little bit too laid back if you ask me. 4. The air conditioning units in the room as well as the dining area were old and filthy. The filters on them were busted up and rusting. 5. The bathroom had old brown stains on the wall and around the tub. 6. The pull out didn't have any sheets on it, just the mattress cover. 7. The pillows were entirely too soft. 8. Staff were dressed unprofessionally and lacked customer service skills. 9. The woman who prepared the food for breakfast used the same gloves to clean and microwave the eggs. She never changed them. 10. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. 11. I definitely would not stay at this particular hotel. My standards concerning my stay at a hotel is much higher and I was under the impression that this hotel would hold up its standard, but it does not.

Over priced small room or bathroom no air condition in the hallway I will never stay there again I paid $204 for the night and it was people they’re only paying 150 a night I don’t feel it was fair
