We were exhausted, and this was a perfect place to rest and recover.

Prices were extremely reasonable and you can't beat the location with several options for food and other items only a few minutes away. The check-in and out process was quick and easy. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room but overall I enjoyed my stay and will book again when back in the area.

They”breakfast and laundry” that is advertised is nothing like you would expect. Our entire floor stuck and the elevator doesn’t work sometimes.

Except for the loud room above me starting at 4am the place was fine. We stayed overnight after dining in Bethlehem. Cheaper option than staying downtown.

This place was super dirty and the walls are paper thin. I went to take a shower as soon as we got there and there was so much hair (not mine) in the shower like it was never cleaned. So gross.

Our stay was good overall. The place had an odor to it, but I’m sensitive to that. The bed was uncomfortable. Mattress felt plastic like and lumpy. Room was clean and neat. If you need a place to prepare food, the kitchenette would be convenient to have. Staff we encountered at check in/out was pleasant and friendly. An inexpensive place to lay your head at night.

Not a lot to love about this property. It’s pretty basic. Nice in the outside, very minimalist on the inside.
Front desk is a nightmare. Never anyone there, not even a service bell. I had to call the front desk from an outside line to get them to help me check in.
Room was modern and stocked with towels. If you want more towels (I did after 3 days with no maid service) you have to present your dirty laundry to the front desk (if they’re there) to receive fresh towels.
I get it, people steal things.
The breakfast was very disappointing. There were two pump canisters: one of coffee, one of water, which were hot water for tea, and coffee only. Their “grab and go breakfast” consisted of cereal bars and packaged muffins. This small buffet was barely 3 feet wide, and located in the lobby by the door. It was a bad location. One morning I came down and there were 12 people trying to grab coffee and such.
Overall it was a clean and quiet property however the maids tend to chitchat in the halls very loudly amongst each other well into the afternoon so if you wanna sleep in, don't.
I am serve several shady individuals making exchanges in the parking lot and license plates from several sates that came and went: New York , New Jersey etc. Also observed women in various states of undress knocking on doors in hallways, a sign of prostitution.
This property is recommended for a male business traveler with a vehicle. This way he can drive to eat nearby.

When we arrived, we were told the reservation we had done via hotels.com wasn't "registered" with them. Also, the room we had was on the first floor. The curtain over the window was mounted so that the there was 4 inches of window exposed on the left side and 8 inches of wall covered on the right side. When we showed the person on duty, she said, "I don't see anything wrong with that.". Again, we were on the FIRST FLOOR next to the parking lot. Anyone walking to their car could look in the window. We tried to pull the curtain over to cover the gap, but there it didn't work very well. Every time the air conditioner came on, it pulled the curtain away from the window and exposed the gap.

Bethelehem and Allentown are not a great area. Extended stay had very strange and homeless people hanging around front of the building, smoking upon entrance and yelling to each other. The AC was cold, rooms were clean, but its dated and beds are small. Staff seems disinterested in greeting or working.

Everything was great, good price and convenient to where I needed to go. Only negative I had was the kids screaming and dogs barking at 7:00 am. Also would probably not want a ground floor near entrance again as too noisy.

We checked in to the hotel and were getting ready to go to an event when we found a bed bug on the mattress! When I went to speak with someone at the front desk to express our disgust and request to be checked out. The person at the desk didn't even seemed phased about the bed bugs. We were told we could leave and just communicate with the manager in the morning. It was horrible!

Everything was perfect except the bed. It was a bit hard and the pillows were not big enough for sleeping. They only give you three small pillows and I had to ask for more just to be able to rest my head comfortably.

Room was dirty and without the advertised in-room services. Additionally, upon requesting items, staff would not readily bring items to room, items that I had paid ahead to have in the room. Breakfast was a disappointment, as it included only a chocolate pre-packaged muffin and only sweetened coffee whitener. For those of us who were sold a breakfast package particularly necessary due to sugar and chocolate allergies and intolerance, what was available was unacceptable. In room seating was filthy and required being covered by towels, and furnishings were tattered. Toilet paper roll was empty. Room also stunk of body odor and old food for the entire stay. Seems like the help want a job but don't want to work.
