Overall the stay was good but not worth $2500 for premium king room. We got fresh towels here and there but the floors were never mopped and never got a new bath mat the whole time we were there so we used towels. The WiFi went out on a Monday and wasn’t back on until Thursday. Poole were nice and clean but they don’t open until 10am. A little late in my opinion. Their check in and check out should be separated and have their own desks as getting in and out takes a while. Air conditioning and room was nice. Ice machine on the 2nd floor where we were was broke 5 out of the 7 days we were there and we had told them a couple times. The time we went was May beginning June there were a lot of people from Argentina and Europe there so the DJs and bands catered to their music the whole time. We spent most of our time exploring the island and over at LaCabana where there were more amenities and the music was better at night. I was asked a review so I am just giving all of my thoughts

Overall experience was great. The cleaning staff need to clean the rooms better it was hair all around the bathroom and bedroom, the towels and wash clothes wasn’t clean they had strains and hair on them. The bathroom shower was dirty walls and around the bottom of the shower was nasty. The WiFi stop working and was poor connection the whole time. The pools on both ends of the resort was great and hot tubs, the adults pool could be clean more was trash and titles felt nasty… but my overall experience was great this my second time coming to this hotel and planning on coming again they just need to work on keeping it clean.

Property was beautiful. Wifi was in and out. Customer Service communication was poor. We were approved for lat checkout but they still called and said we were late at 11:30 am. Tony's Pizza was good.

Overall okay experience. Room cleanliness was okay; while not sparkling it also wasn’t *dirty* and the rest of the grounds were clean especially the pool area which we appreciated. Food was subpar but everyone at both restaurants was friendly and that counts for something.
