Overall it was good. Would like to see them fix their first floor ice machine. It has been out for the last three times we were there. About 9 months it hasn't worked.

We had a delightful stay everything we needed was in walking distance if we didnt wanna drive and it was peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property was outdated. I had a migraine every time I was in the hotel for any period of time. Hotel had a musty smell to it. However, beds were clean and very comfortable and the staff was so friendly and personable.

It's an older property, and it shows. The rooms are small, and are dated, but the rates are reasonable, the facility is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. A great place to stay when traveling if you just need a place to lay your head. If you're looking for a large, modern room this is not your place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Visiting family out in farm country, this was one of the more convenient locations. We chose it because of the good value and location. Easy on/off to the highways. Several of our favorite chain restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Hotel was at the end of a few strip malls, so many shops in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby has been remodeled, quite nice. Hallways LONG. The hotel is very large, I think over 100 rooms. Breakfast adequate, waffles, cereal and pastry; coffee and juice. The first night, seemed to be quite full, the next two nights quite empty. Parking never an issue any night. Served our needs well.

The bathtub had a big hole in the front where the shower controls must have been taken out. the stopper that was there to plug the drain was filthy dirty. Just plain disgusting.

Our stay was for my sons travel baseball. The boys were extremely disappointed that the outside pool was completely abandoned. We were not informed of this prior to our 5 day stay. On the other hand, breakfast was good, they maintained it well. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Wasn’t so good… the tub was stopped up and one of the selling points for me was the hot tub and pool. Both were empty. The security doors had all been taped so that they could be opened by just anyone. The sheets were clean.

All of the staff were very accommodating for our family during this time of loss. They went overboard to make us feel welcome and cared for. The actual rooms are dated and need many repairs but the showers were hot and the lobby area became a gathering point. Thank you.

Great price. Awesome to have a Microwave/Fridge. Beds weren’t too uncomfortable. Place is just older and not up to date on furnishings. It appears dingy.

The room was decent. Clean. Disappointed it was double beds when there was ample room for at least queens. Room was kind of dark because the walls are painted a dark goldish/yellow. The thing that really stuck me as tacky was the envelope from housekeeping stating "Housekeeping. Thank you! Tips"

The entrance of the hotel very nice clean. But, ones they gave me the keys to the room and walked to the room. The Corridor was not what I imagined to be. It was bad looking. So, ones I enter the room it has a smelly Odor like funky feet's, the Shower Curtain was falling apart, the Ceiling paint was peeling off, and toilet exterior was dirty. And for the Priced I paid just ridiculous and supposedly with breakfast. But, unfortunately there were no breakfast literately . Just coffee, and juice.

The staff were helpful and very nice but it didn’t make up for the musty smell in the rooms and overall rundown feeling of the hotel. Two of our three rooms were clean; the 3rd smelled horrible (we changed rooms and it was better than the original but still not good). The fan didn’t work in my bathroom and the tub didn’t drain. The heat/ac unit in another wouldn’t shut off and was super noisy. There was coffee in the rooms as well as a fridge and microwave; the breakfast bar was prepackaged muffins and more of the same coffee available in the rooms.

Not only was your facility close to the RJ Slater funeral home, your staff was so helpful! When I arrived Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., before the first funeral viewing, you staff allowed me to check in and get my room key. They new of my concern being allergic to pets and put me on the second floor of your hotel. Thanks for taking such great care of me from my drive from Fairfax, Virginia. I will recommend you hotel to anyone! Thanks

The hotel looks scary upon arrival then when you check in the lobby was very nice! I then got to my room and it had a odor i couldn’t identify but just delt with it, room was clean but needs updates. Breakfast was just coffee n muffins i’ve stayed at quality inn’s recently and they all had hot food as well! This could be a great hotel with some improvements

This hotel needs to be demolished. To begin with it is a smoke free property but the whole place smells like smoke to the point where your lungs will hurt to be in breathing in your room. There was mold all around the tub. Lightbulbs missing and lights not working. The faucet handle on the tub was falling off. There were missing handles on the dresser. The “free breakfast” consisted of juice, coffee, and a miniature muffin. There is an pool- with no water. We went to discuss this with staff and they tried to put us in other rooms which were no better on the second level, and there was no elevator for my elderly mother to get up there. The only nice things I can say is the staff were all friendly and there was a brand new microwave and refrigerator in the room,

The hotel room smelled horrible and the carpet felt wet. I believe they might have steamed cleaned the floor and did not get all the soap out of it. It was still damp. The area outside of the hotel made it look like an abandoned property. We will not stay here ever again! For the quality or lack thereof we paid way to much! The staff were please t and helpful.
