Extremely overpriced across the board. The food and drinks especially around the pool were way to expensive and needed to be incredible but wasn't. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from. Room was lovely clean and comfortable. Tried to charge 1500 for a 250 rupee sim card. Also charged 1000 rupees for a shuttle to the airport a 3 minute drive. Arrange your own sims transport and food this place was lovely otherwise your paying London prices in Mumbai which is crazy.

I have stayed at the Leela on many occasions before, but this the first and only time I will complain. The service in the main restaurant last was truly terrible. A table that had been allocated to me was then reallocated to someone else and I was left standing holding a bowl of soup for 5 mins whilst the waiter fumbled around to allocate me a new table, only to give me the same table again. I was not offered any water and nobody seemed interested in my dinning experience. I had to ask 3 times for the bill and then finally discovered that I had been charged nearly 400Rs for a can of coke. Generally speaking it was far from a 5 star experience.

Divya at front desk - service with a huge smile. Kunal in Citrus - very courteous and helpful . Bell desk - excellent service Great Wall - great food. Charge 700rs for plain rice. Outrageous. Waiters won’t give me a small portion. Apart from that, great stay. Coming back on Sun and again week after fior multiple days. Front desk and managers unyielding ijn terms of potential for upgrade. Not too interested in repeat customer I guess. O well!! I like your hotel . Have come often

The manager on duty and all the staff we interacted with were superb. Each one of them was polite, attentive and made our stay an excellent experience. We ate at three restaurants in the hotel and all were great. Thank you.

Wonderful hotel! If you want an Indian hotel experience with exceptional service in a classic style this is a great choice. Very convekient for the airport but the main areas in Mumbai are a bit south from this location.

Already have shared with the gen manager. Essentially, my prior efforts to have an uploaded passport info had to be redone at 4:45am as the registration had not looked up or accessed that info. Mosquito infested lobby was my 2 hour waiting room inspite of prior communication. A room was available but because I was earlier to the check in time, I was asked to wait in the lobby even though I did mention to the manager that I have been mostly on planes for two nights & a very short day. What happened to the old fashioned ‘hospitality’?

A hotel is a hotel until something goes wrong. My wife fell sick while we were staying at the hotel. The staff (Duty Manager, Room Service, Housekeeping) were brilliant in attending to our needs. Cooking things off menu and looking after us in a way that speaks of the excellence in their service. I would give more stars if I had any to give. Thank you,

Very nice hotel right near the airport in Mumbai. Area around is not a walkable area. Even with being right next to airport you dont hear any planes. If there is any negative it would ne that the restaurant don't serve dinner until 7pm.

This was once my favourite but it’s slipped byway of several reason. You can see the same attention to detail isn’t there . The food has gone average for Mumbai and the service isn’t what it was . The older staff there who I know personally are still amazing people.

It was a great experience my wife and I had a great time here for five days after our wedding. Sachin and Suresh were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The food and cleaning services couldn’t be better. Truly was an amazing experience.
