Our room was cleaned everyday. Staff was really nice and helpful. Food was okay, mini fridge didn’t work the best. All in all a good stay for 9 days

Excellent customer service, all the staff courteous and polite, hotel in a very good conditions, the only thing that I was disappointed is that resorts don’t offer natural juices in the restaurants, that’s the only one disadvantage I founded. Others all inclusive offer natural juices, this's the first resorts that won’t offer natural juices.
