Good option. Close to most of interest thing to do

There were long lines at the coffee and tea station but we were so grateful to have hot chocolate for the kids and coffee for us on those cold winter NYC days!

I think the location was okay, but was REALLY let down with no breakfast/onsight food option. Also with being such a high priced hotel in a good area, feel as though the entry should be more "GRAND".

I feel it was under staffed….. and there was 1 person working as the bell boy as well as the valet …. The coffee maker was not working ….. but the hot apple cider was very good and mentioning the good thing they had a nice coffee machine and to be used by the guests for free

We paid a lot for our room (over $400) for 1 night. The facilities were meager - we had to go downstairs for coffee and water, and there were no amenities like lotion in the room. The staff were nice, especially the concierge/porter. It felt like a 2-star hotel, with 4-star costs.

Great location to walk to everything in Manhattan

The mattress in 605 needs to be replaced. It’s flat and very uncomfortable.

We were so happy with this hotel! The staff were so friendly and always welcomed us back from a busy day with a smile and asked how our day was. Yummy cocoa! We were 3 females traveling so we were concerned with our safety and we never felt concerned. Keys needed to operate elevators. They even arranged a ride for us to the airport! Clean rooms, bathroom was great. Do not hesitate, book it now!!

You would think paying 600.00 a night for a room the the AC would work. The heat was broke in the on position and couldn’t turn off. It was so hot in the room. I will never stay there again.

Very uncomfortable beds, 3 nights of terrible back pain. My son couldn't use the sleeper sofa because the coils were stabbing him. by the second night in our uncomfortable bed I was ready to take the sofa. The location was very convenient and our room was clean and quiet.

Rooms were decent size Coffee, tea, water available 24/7 was a nice feature. Beds very comfortable, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bell man Willie was excellent!!!! Always willing to help and went the extra mile.

Impossible to get parking cause one garage closed so I had to park on literally 8 city blocks away.

Nicely situated property, but it's old and the beds are awful. The beds must've been last updated in 1990. The workout facility is the size of a shoebox.

It was a nice place in the center of NYC. Easily for reaching main spots in the city even by foot. The rooms are clean and basic with no fridge.

This was the perfect location for us to get around town and able to get to the Subway easily. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and we had a great experience!! I would recommend to anyone!

Big old hotel with dirty windows but clean room. Only 2 lifts for 30 floors. Small place for (bad) coffee on mezzanine. The staff is just polite.The location is the strong point.

Front desk clerk was EXTREMELY rude. We were having a bad day already and turned worse dealing with his attitude. July 3rd around 5-6pm? He treated us bad from the moment we walked in. The employees the next morning were very nice. As long as you don't have to deal with the man we did, the hotel is nice.

Property was clean and friendly staff as usual. Did miss a in house restaurant for a meal, snack or breakfast but understand due to previous outbreak of covid. Would stay at again.

We stayed for 3 nights recently and were really disappointed. We’d previously stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott that was really great quality and comfort so had hoped this would be better. It was fine. We had a King with a pullout sofa - the king was comfortable, however the pull out wasn’t even made up and it was disgusting. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Very frustrating. The hotel is older and small, with only 2 elevators so you always had a bit of a wait. Everything was fine, but rather lacklustre and tired. The staff were not particularly friendly and when we went to check out at 4am for our early morning flight they were unable to secure us a cab to JFK. We were literally told to walk a block or two, when I asked if we should go to Grand Central they said no towards Bryant Park. I have no idea why. We ended up walking with our suitcases several to walk blocks w suitcases at 4am? Surely there are better options in NYC at this price point.

This hotel was like hitting the jackpot! It was small but convenient to everything. Walking distance to grand central station, Bryant park, Times Square, broadway, the public library, and shopping. There is no food on property but that is clearly detailed on their website. Take advantage of the valet service as traffic is bonkers. Pedro, the amazing afternoon and evening valet, was like family. He helped us navigate the city and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed. We stayed on the 25th floor with a great view of the city,

Great location in the centre of Manhattan. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed
