The hotel's location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very nice. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there are plenty of meal choices nearby. We would stay again.

This was a very nice and clean hotel with great service and a great breakfast. But the sheets on the bed were so rough it was like sleeping with sandpaper. Horrible!!

I always stay at the Courtyard Hamilton Ohio and It’s always been wonderful! I have zero complaints. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate and they are friendly, professional and eager to help. The Marriott is our home away from home.

I was out and about so much, I didn't get the opportunity to check out the fitness center, but the staff were friendly and the room was clean. I wish I had a few extra cups in the room for coffee, and the bed was a little firmer than I like, but otherwise it was a nice trip. Thanks for the early check in too!

Very nice hotel. Hamilton is a quaint town. Only a 20 minute drive to Miami University. Complimentary coffee in lobby is great idea and should be for $300 a night. A little expensive.

This was the best hotel stay we have had in a very long time. The beds were comfortable the room was clean the service was friendly And above all the quality For the price was superior. The night before I stayed in a hotel room that was twice the cost.. And it did not compare to this one... My expectations were exceeded in a good way.

I love the hotel but I do believe more soaps should be available due to hypoallergenic and don't see where the hotel recycles and collerates with proper waste disposal for the trash people..... Not sure of the service they use..... But they are nice friendly and food amendmenties are delicious..... One of my favorite hotels

The property appears very nice. Staff was friendly. However we were staying because of a swim meet that my daughter had at Miami University. We went to dinner and returned about 730pm with the intent to try and get to bed because we had to leave by 0630 the next morning. When we got back to our room the rap music and bass pounding was so loud. After about 15 min. I couldn’t take it anymore and I called the desk. When I complained and stayed “I know it’s not late right now but we shouldn’t have to be subject to this noise” guest services tell me well it’s probably the team that we just had check in and they should be leaving in about 30 min. I just said “ok” because I was so off put by the response. The music did eventually stop, however then from 10pm- 1am we were met with loud talking, laughing and obnoxious noise next door and in the hallways. Needless to say it was a less than desirable visit and my daughters performance suffered the next day because of the lack of sleep she got. The mattresss on the bed was awful too, could feel springs in my back.

A very nice hotel in the middle of a gorgeous downtown Hamilton! Made me wish I could stay a day or two to check out the area - even in winter! The room was spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable!!! Slept like a rock!

Our check-in experience was great. The staff was very helpful about dinner recommendations. I thought the main lobby, breakfast and bar area was nice. There’s also a nice outdoor space as well. I thought the overall room was very dated. For the price we paid we expected more quality from Marriott. It was sub par for a Courtyard.

I was really happy with everything about my stay. The front desk was very helpful- the hotel was up to date - the rooms where comfortable- the beds where wonderful- the order to serve breakfast was delicious- with a option of coffee as well - to the proximity to our destination- will come back again

Spent 2 nights here for a work trip. Hotel is in need of updating. Looks like last time was remodeled was sometime in the last century (1990s maybe??). And, for the price, was a very poor value. For us, the location was great -- as we had meetings in the city, and could walk to them. Service was friendly, and the room was decently clean. The area has a handful of restaurants within walking distance, and that was nice. Overall, an OK (on the lower side of average) hotel for someone who has a specific reason to stay in Hamilton.

The hotel was lovely. It was in downtown Hamilton and there were lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. There was also a park overlooking the river. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
