Had a great balcony room with a view of Eiger. Staff service was superb, welcoming and very helpful to plan our time there. Great breakfast and Barry’s Restaurant was also excellent - service and food.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was thought of in the rooms, from daily stocked fridge and snacks to slippers and robes. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the beautiful town of Grindewald.

We had a very nice view of Eiger Mountain from our room.
The room is in the back side of the hotel (2nd building) so it's nice, but it also takes some efforts to go through the hotel to get there ( a bit of a maze going thru).
Hotel staff is friendly.
Complimentary drinks are a big plus. They said they replenish everyday, but that was not the case as some items were not replenished. The room is extremely hot from floor heating.

Our 3-night stay was fabulous. Great hotel and location, Walking distance to train station and Grindelwald First cable car station. Staff was super nice. Hotel room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Loved the natural woodsy decor.
