Dirty and dated room.

We were happy with the hotel, we thought we had booked a room with two bedrooms and it was actually a two story condo with ocean view. Very clean and had everything you could possible need in a kitchen. I also appreciate that had laundry machines in the unit. The only bad thing I could say is that the check-out time is too early at 10am so please pay attention to that.

Only stayed one night, but this would’ve been a wonderful longer stay too. Great for families. Ample space and facilities.

Clean, dated. Window A/C units were a bit loud. TV’s were difficult for me to figure out, even with directions. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Kitchen well stocked, well maintained. Good location near airport

Nice property with amazing view. Bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy. Very well kept property. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider to rent again if we ever come back to Kauai.

We had a late check-in (10:30pm) so it was a security guard that checked us in, and he was a very helpful and extremely accommodating to some of our needs with older parents on the trip with us.

This place greatly exceeded our expectations. The condo was much bigger than I imagined. Downstairs was the living room/kitchin/dining room and half bath. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a new whirlpool tub/shower. The place was thoughtfully designed so that even though it was pouring rain all night long, we had all windows open with a wonderful breeze going through the whole place with not a drop of rain even coming close to the windows or patio door. There was a washer/dryer in the full bath as well. In the 1/2 bath we also found 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The kitchin was very nice with everything one could need in it. The furniture was dated and moderately comfortable, but perfectly adequte. But the kitching and bathrooms were modern.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and conveniently located. We liked having a kitchen and laundry in the unit. Being in town meant we didn’t have a beach on site but it was within walking distance. But being in the center was easier to drive to all parts of the island

Great value and the room had everything we needed. The front desk lent us some beach chairs and an umbrella for a very small fee, and there were lots of beach towels in the room. We had reserved a suite with a queen bed and to be honest it really seems like it is a double - however the other room had two twin beds so we pushed them together and slept very well. Would totally stay here again. Was a quick walk to amazing food trucks and Duke's Kauai, and a pretty central location to get to other parts of the island pretty easily by car.

When we arrive the main office smelt emoji but the lady in the front desk was nice when we got into a room the carpet was dirty and there was throw up on the chair.

One of the beds in our condo was broke, the room in all was dirty, the property is more like ghetto apartments, very noisy located on a hill side with lots of stairs, and our furniture was outdoor furniture not comfortable

We liked the unit having 2 bedrooms with the complete kitchen but the Air conditioning units in bedrooms are too loud and the window coverings were falling off, dish washer didnt really work properly but we didnt mind washing the dishes by hand.

The property is well maintained and attractive. It is centralized for visiting either the north or south sides of the island. The room was spacious and served our needs well with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, AC and washer/dryer.
The only complaint was the traffic noise from the highway.

The place looked clean and staff had thought of everything. However, the phone in our unit, 2 stove burners, and the bathroom fan did not work.

Passable for a one night stay near the airport, but definitely showing its age. Staff was exceptional though. Cost was about average for the accommodation, lower than average for Kauai.

The staff were very friendly, and the room we were in was big enough for my whole family. Located conveniently close to the airport, but also between the attractions we wanted to see. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Wish we took advantage of the full kitchen, good to know it's the for the next time. Highly recommend!

Resort with full kitchen, close to the airport and close to most of the places since Kauai is a small island.. Enjoyed our one week stay at Banyan Harbor Resort..

Close to the beach and the local food mall. The two-bedroom condo far exceeded our expectations in terms of size, amenities, and comfort. Everything you need to be comfortable will be available to you. There was even a bus stop a block from the property. I do recommend this place!

The unit we received still had items left behind from the previous people, including garbage, water bottles, and medicine—based on the medicine present, someone had a virus. The beds were unmade and the unit clearly had not been cleaned. We immediately called security (since we arrived after-hours, and he came to check the unit). We were offered a new unit. The new unit appeared clean, at least, however the sliding glass doors that lead to the patio were unlocked.
The property is being poorly managed, it’s unsafe, and not clean or sanitary.

The condo was a great crash pad for us. The kitchen and the washer and dryer were convenient and we used them to save money on meals and to wash all our clothes mid-vacation. I would have liked to have had a bathtub to soothe my aching muscles in. The TVs were nearly impossible to use. Instructions on how to watch local tv channels on would have been great.

The front desk clerk was so accommodating. She even moved us to a room that we didn’t have to walk up so many stairs as we are seniors. If you have difficulty walking stairs this might not be the place to stay. Loved the location easy walk. If you are wanting to cook they have great appliances We would stay here again

The apartment was pretty much as described, quite big, comfortable, and clean. Nothing fancy, though....
However, we did not appreciate having to pay the "resort" fee (not included in the original price) for something that was obviously not a resort.

The Receptionist that check us in was Awesome plenty Aloha, Humble and Polite. We hope we can get rms there again in April when we come back to Beautiful Kauai for My Nephews 1st Baby Luau

The floors were not clean when we first arrived and there are roches, the AC in the master bedroom shoots air that smells like mold and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. We had to buy our own trash liners so we didnt have to be asking for 1 everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at the Banyan Resort. We booked a 2 Bd 2 Bath room. It was ver large for the 3 of us. Full kitchen with all supplies. Our room had beautiful views from 2 decks. And we were walking distance to the beach. Driving around, you are close to many convenient stores and shops, which are about 2 mile radius and close to the airport. We were there for a wedding in Poipu, and our drive was about 22 miles from the resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Parking can be a challenge, there is no designated parking. (First come, first served)
And depending on what level your room is on, you can hear walking and movements from other guest from above. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay! The 2 bedroom condo we stayed in is beginning to show its age esthetically but still functions very well and felt cared for. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was great for us. We would definitely look to stay here again if we are blessed enough to come back to the island in the future.
