No breakfast and I did not see the advertised hot tub. The onsite restaurant was closed and there were not many restaurants in the area.

Sort of a budget great wolf lodge from the 90s. Pool/play area was fun for the kid but as an adult you can plainly see how everything is extremely outdated throughout the hotel. All carpets are stained. Bathrooms/Beds outdated. Even the door latches on the buildings/rooms did not totally feel secure.
Quite a few unsavory characters staying at the hotel as well. Assuming it's a local place to spend the night and let the kids swim and run around the play area.
Breakfast was minimum at best. Like I said my kid was happy and thought it was fun. But.. The place definitely had it's "charm."
Would probably not revisit.

Definitely run down. The Lobby gives a false impression. The hotel doors were dusty, not even sure how you manage that. The phone looked so gross, I wouldn’t touch it. The shower faucets were hard to turn and they were leaking when we walked in. It’s obvious no one has cleaned the shower grout or head. The pool area is run down, several parts of the carpet are duct taped together. Thank god we only stayed one night
