The only way it could have been was if they had a guide to the channels on the tv but over all it was a good stay.

The service was great, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and comfortable. It’s an old hotel that’s been remodeled. It is very, very noisy! It seems there’s no insulation between rooms. The large windows were thin and we could hear everything outside. The outside noise from the street, and the noise from the people upstairs made for a horrible nights sleep.

Motel seems to have undergone a recent renovation. Great room. Spotlessly clean. Super comfy bed. Guy on duty was professional and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

From the road this place looks ok but once inside its a mix of very old and older furnishings. The bathroom had been updated but poorly. The room had the worst paint job I have ever seen in a hotel. The room smelled of mix of mold and bleach. The bed was old and soft. The old furniture was was covered in cigarette burns even though its a non-smoking hotel. Does BW inspect its hotels? Cannot recommend. It's a shame because the location is good.

Updated older hotel very clean. Windows let in lots of outdoor noise and steps going upstairs are not very safe but those are minor issues and would stay again Very happy with the stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay. All accessories were in working order, and the daily complimentary hot breakfast had a lot of variety of items. Convenient location and ample clean parking. Fast and easy check in.

Amazing value for the price! Clean room, all the amenities, and even a full length mirror in the spacious bathroom! Great shower, comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Even the coffee in the room Keurig was good and then we had a full buffet breakfast before hitting the road! We will definitely return because this saves us a two hour drive home after enjoying an evening with our son who lives in this area.

Clean place to stay and affordable. You can hear everything outside and next door. The 8 AM left blower got me up and going after a late Friday night.

It was wonderful besides the terribly soft memory foam mattress. Both of us were sinking into the middle all night. I woke up with a terrible back ache. I will probably never return because of this sole reason. It’s a shame because it’s so close to downtown Greenville.

No pleased, stopped here because I didn’t know the area but the hotel smelled awkward. I woke up throughout the night due to the thinness of the facility. Also woke up to bed bug bites and couldn’t take food back to my room which was fine the food looked not edible.

Clean, nice updates, great breakfast selection, and good price. It’s not a negative because some may like soft beds, I prefer firm. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area.

The employees are super rude. Booked 2 nights but after 24hrs . Super thin walls. Beds uncomfortable. The bathroom makes it look nice but that’s about it

Loved the aesthetic. Very comfortable and well decorated. There is some wear and tear. Nothing a coat of paint and a little tlc can't fix. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

I didn’t like finding needles on the ground by my car. I didn’t like the clientele. The staff were rude. The breakfast was horrible. I did not feel safe there. The carpet was so stained. I left and still waiting for a refund. Multiple homeless people living there. Do NOT stay here

If you are traveling with a pet, I would NOT recommend staying here. I travel often with my dog, and I have never encountered a hotel with the level of restrictions that this one has. Although pets are allowed in some rooms, and the fee is relatively reasonable, they are VERY strict about not allowing you to leave your animal in the room when you aren't there, even if the animal is crated. You can't even leave your pet in the room while you walk down to breakfast in the morning. (Oh, and the free breakfast will cost you $10 if you try to take it back to your room.) They really shouldn't advertise being pet friendly when they are actually quite unfriendly to pets and their owners. If you are not traveling with any pets, then this is a clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price. The staff, however, is NOT AT ALL welcoming, and when I checked in they were far more interested in ensuring that I followed all of their rules than in making me feel at home. All in all, I won't plan on returning.

An older property that has been renovated. Very easy to drive or Uber to downtown.. only a few minutes away. I would stay here again. The price was reasonable, the inside of the room seemed new and clean, and they offered complimentary breakfast and housekeeping daily.

What was once an old motel had been transformed into a very nice hotel. Staff was super nice and accommodating, rooms clean and pleasantly decorated, bed comfortable, hot breakfast provided, and the cleaning staff actually came in to change the towels and bed linens without us having to ask. I haven’t seen that since before Covid. My only negative was the strong scented deodorizer used in the room. We stayed 3 nights for a wedding in the area and I would stay there again.

It was a pretty noisy stay. All night long people hollering, cars in and out, etc. Rooms aren't sounds proud at all. Very disappointed there was not a lock for the sliding bathroom door - 2 couples and a puppy made it slightly difficult to keep the privacy. Coffee maker in bathroom was a turn off. Took a long time to get deposit back... showed up in my account right after I sent a message inquiring. A little overpriced for what you get, especially when booking a pet friendly room.

The hotel was definitely remodeled and the finish was pretty good. Mattresses way too soft. Also the supply water line that went up to the sink faucet in our bathroom had a hole where it met the wall.Please don't use bleach scent cleaners.we had to leave the door and windows open for awhile. Not crazy about having to use my card twice. One for check in and other to cover any damage to the room.

The property/rooms are renovated from an old motel. Overall, the property looks nice. The room itself was clean except for the bathroom floor, which I typically wouldn't mention, because it was a corner, but it was a very visual corner by the shower. It was dirty and there was hair. The paint was badly peeling in large sections over the toilet. The bed was a memory foam bed and it sank like a bowl in the middle. Not super comfortable. We each slept on our edges with pillows toward the middle (so we wouldn't roll back in the bowl) and did the best we could. The light switches/toggles connected to the lamps by the bed were sooooo dirty. The room was decorated nicely. The linens were clean. The staff was great. Loved the seats and table they put on the porch to sit outside and grab some fresh air.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was gorgeous, You can tell it had been recently renovated. The hot breakfast was served between 6am- 9am was excellent. There was a large variety of options. This hotel was a 30 min walk from the Wellness Arena so we didn’t bother to drive, just walked. Had a Circle K conveniently across the street that had great quick, easy food options. The room we stayed in have 2 full beds so if you are on the bigger side I would see if they have any queen beds or King bed. I think I chose the 2 full beds option possibly so there may be other rooms that had Queen sized beds.

We thought this place would be the perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway! With it not being too far from downtown, we thought it’d be the perfect spot! Night one was okay. Other than my sister finding a bug in her bed (Not a bedbug thankfully). The room was a little dingy. Stained carpets, mysterious stains on the walls, a disgusting chair, and paint coming off the walls in multiple places throughout the room. I tried my best to give this place the benefit of the doubt but in the end we ended up staying at a different hotel the second night. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The staff are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Also be weary of the staff that claim they work there. A bunch of unfortunate events happened and when we went to report we were informed that the staff that was there didn’t work for the company and could not help us. I do not recommend this place at all. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Clean, inexpensive waypoint if you're in G'ville for a night. Rather than spend 300+ for a room in downtown (plus parking), we opted for this place a short distance away. I was clean and quiet, and we appreciated the updates to this traditional motel property. Nothing fancy, of course, but was a good choice for us as we were visiting friends in town for a quick stay.
