Nice budget motel in a quite location, yet near many restaurants. Pet friendly with nice grass areas around the entire motel. Clean, nice size rooms with refrigerator and microwave.

My child has heart and lung defects, so I always request non-smoking rooms. The first room they assigned to us had definately been smoked in. The second room smelled like something had died in it. The third room had about 10 dead bugs on the floor. The room was clean and did not smell, but obviously had not been swept. I usually book with Motel 6, as you can look on our past visits, but this is the first time i was unsatisfied.

The first older lady i met at the office when checking in was a little rude about me interupting her smoke break, but the man that took my keycard during checkout was nice. The room had a broken toilet handle, damage on the walls, a broken latch on the door, and the bed was a little more than stiff, but it was quiet and didnt smell bad or anything. My room was only 51 dollars for the night as well which is really cheap for the area so honestly nothing i couldnt overlook. Over I'd say it was a descent enough experience for the money.

Hair and insects in every corner of the room. I didn't stay and booked a room at the comfort in next door. Please refund the stay. I showed the pictures of hair and insects to the staff they said to call them at the motel 6 in west Monroe

Had to literally scrub the shower and tub because it had Black film all over everything, blankets and sheets had old cigarette burns in them, the noise from the people outside kept us up most of the night.

This place is dirty I found hair all over the mattress hair in and on the toilet the water is light brown holes in every wall the bathroom had smutt all over the tub that was easily cleaned never going back

It smelled horrible one of the rooms was so bad one of the guests could not stay and slept in the car. When we asked to change the room they refused and would not refund it. It was the single worst place we’ve ever been

Some very scatchy people I think dealing drugs there and a Homeless camp right by parking lot in the wooded area. Very stained up bedding and roaches.

Asked for a downstairs room upon arrival and there weren't any available except the one the heat didn't work in. Gladly accepted that one---it was so nice to park right in front of the door and also be close to the lobby! Staff was super helpful!

They have some nice big beds I liked that. But the shower had hair everywhere and the heater on the a/c unit didn't work went and ask for a different room was told I couldn't switch and was given a portable electric heater. I usually have a good experience with them but this time was a let down making me think twice about visiting them again!!!

Property was horrible. Everything was disgusting! The bed even had roaches in it! I do not recommend. They are very unsanitized! Scale from 1-10 they are a clear cut 0!

Dead bugs on floor broken chair I almost tipped over in! Was told by lady at desk IF we had a dog we had to go n back of hotel she didn’t want no DAMN dog! It was totally different this time then 2 months ago! Also locks on doors do t work properly for Many ppl I saw struggling!

I didn’t like the housekeeper knocking at my door literally trying to wake me up at 9am, so that she can finish cleaning early. That is very rude and unheard of.

The room was filthy overall,the floors looked like they haven't been mopped ,the tub had burnt holes all in it with hair and left soap residue on sides of wall the door in the bathroom was disgusting around the mattress area had dirt all around it under the mattress cover had cracker crumbs,had a king sheet on a standard bed,the pillows was very old,microwave had not been wiped out any ,the room actually looked like it may have been rented out for a few hours before we got it and wasn't cleaned cause the room was cold when we got in there and definitely had not been cleaned after the last person was in there and when we called to report it the lady at the front desk said she could only let management know but what about the money we gave thinking we were getting a clean disinfected room but got completely the opposite

The room was fairly comfortable. Tv was ok. A/c not the greatest. Towels were of a smaller size & had a lot of wear on them. Bathroom was NOT clean at all. Toilet would barely flush. There was previous guest's hair all over bathtub AND floor. I stayed a total 3 nights and that same hair was still on floor. This particular Motel 6 is a no go for me when i come back into town.

I loved the service I got at the front desk. She made my stay very quick and easy. I wanted to change rooms and she was so polite and helpful with me doing that. Then I locked myself out my room and she was so polite and awesome getting me another copy of my room key. My room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed myself

Although the room appears clean there were bugs in the room. They weren’t bed bugs but maybe water bugs. When you pay 60$ I guess you get what you pay for. I was returning from a week long motorcycle trip, stop and go. So for me it wasn’t that big a deal!

I asked for another on the opposite side from where sun the was setting because it was hot in the room and was uncomfortable to sleep. So I had to go to Walmart to get a portable fan because it was so hot. Maintenance said something about the humidity in LA that’s why it was hot in the room so he brought in a box fan and that help a tad bit but I thought if someone is uncomfortable with their room we could get a room change but obviously at Motel 6 the customers isn’t always right or don’t have have the right to be comfortable even though we paid our money. At one point my husband and I with our puppy sat in the car to cool off for hours. Never again will I stay here.

good for the price, not too bad except the bathroom was kinda gross. i wanted to shower but when i saw the bathroom i decided against it. it wasn’t insanely dirty but definitely not super clean. everywhere else in the room was clean, fine for a one night stay. nice people at the front desk, fine parking, the area was alright, not the best but had no problems with anyone.

For the price, this place was worth it. Plus they allow pets with no extra fee so that was a plus. However, before booking, my boyfriend and I called and spoke with a woman who answered some questions we had. She was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there, and eventually she hung up on me. This greatly decreased the rating we give this hotel.
