Be sure to call the property prior to arrival for gate code and door code, even though the reserved condo states check-in at 4pm. There’s no front desk at the property. The condo includes AC, washer/dryer, fridge, etc. The dumpster for trash is located in the back where all the mail boxes are located. Parking is free. The beach and market place is a 5 mins drive from the condo.

How elegant this condo was, all the comforts of home. I couldn’t get over how the lanai was so roomy, whereas you can invite friends and family and just have a bonding day together. The master bedroom had a stall with 2 showers separated from the toilet . The other bedroom consisted of 2 double beds, a bathroom with a shower and a separate tub. Kitchen was equipped with everything you needed refrigerator, dish washer, washer and dryer. The living room was separate from the dining room.. You get your monies worth. Thank you for a vacation well spent. We will definitely see you in the future. Mahalo again!
I almost forgot that the King and Queen Shop was in walking distance.

The condo was dated. 2” Ceramic tile counters kitchen and bath. Wall to wall carpet dirty. Old kitchen appliances. Limited kitchen ware. Expect to bring everything, salt, plastic wrap, supplies. No beach chairs.
Patios outside were nice; views from all windows were exceptional. Pool was comfortable with lots of loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs. We had no contact with any staff, except friendly gardeners.

The property is very well kept but the pictures used for this unit were very misleading as the property is very dated carpet throughout and the bathtub / shower is a safety concern and needs to be in the pictures when renting.
