The girl at the front desk at check in , was so sweet and nice . The two disappointing thing was no toilet paper and one of the comforter had like chocolate or something on it . But otherwise the room was clean and had most things. The phones in the room don't work . The breakfast is free so you get what you pay for there

The room was NOT CLEAN- frankly gross- see pics The pullout bed had a mattress that was very thin, making it impossible to get comfortable. I have sent multiple messages to "managers" as I was instructed but received NO return email or call. NO way will I stay here again! Sleep in your car instead :(

My stay started out terrible. The hotel host first could not find my reservation. upon recieving room cards, I lugged my luggage and cooler up to the second floor stairs and found that the room was occupied. I immediately called the front desk and was told to return to the desk for a different room. After dragging my stuff back to my car, I went to the desk for a different room. Again dragging my stuff to the new room { after the desk host made sure it wasn't occupied} I opened the door to the new room and found what appeared to "bugs" in the bathtub. I called the desk once again and was told that a staff member would clean the tub. The nice gentleman tried to clean the tub and stated that it appeared to be rust stains.As I was exhausted from my day at the horse show I decided to let it go. While looking for a bottle opener I found that the silverware drawer had only two knives in it. I decided to look in the dishwasher and found dirty dishes and silverware. There were obvious plaster patches on the walls that had not been painted and the closet smelled of old cigarettes that made me physically sick. This room obviously was not presentable to a guest. The next morning i went to the front desk and told the manager Monica about my experience and wanted to cancel the next night. She expressed that since I booked through a third party She could not give me a refund and that i had to contact Hotels.com. for cancellation of the room and to get my credit card refunded.

The assistant general manager, Monica was hands down the most disrespectful hotel employee I have ever come across. I have been traveling for the military for 14 years and have stayed in upwards of 100 separate hotels, and she is by far the worst.

They had to make a room change before our arrival and did take of 10 dollars,but the room they put us in reeked of urine smell horrible. The smell went through my cloth suitcase. It was in the bedroom where my children and I slept. I used my spray deodorant and boiled orange peels in the microwave to try and cut the smell. The kitchen was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean. The bedding was clean. The refrigerator was clean and living room

Would stay again however there was very obvious water damage to my room missing trim. Old muffins on the floor. The good was friendly staff AMAZING cont. breakfast and very comfortable beds and a nice room set up! Would definitely stay again tho everything aside looked like they were trying to remodel.

Firstly, the room reeked of smoke and was labeled non smoking. We checked in super late so at that point I didn’t want to go back and complain or move rooms. Then, there was no hot water for our shower- so we had to get in bed dirty. THEN, in the morning, even though check out was noon and we had our DND sign on the door, maids knocked on our door 3 separate times. Almost like they wanted us out so they didn’t have to come back to our floor later. It was obnoxious and rude. I’ve never had a bad experience like this before so I’m super disappointed. Will not come back.

This was a terrible hotel experience. The elevator was broken so we hauled our luggage up to floor 3 only to find a room that had not been cleaned (no bedding,trash everywhere). Call the front desk to be told to haul luggage back down to car, drive to front to get new room keys. When we get to the new room it smells like strong air freshener so I opened the windows. After closing them I smelled animal urine so strong from the carpet. We also had no hot water that night but did the next morning. I was given an unknown number of reward points for this but they still have not shown up on my account.

Needs some updating. We stayed for location. We had two tvs in our suite. The tv in the suite area only had 3 channels. So we had to hang out in the bedroom, a waste of our large suite.

The property was conveniently located and the staff was very kind. The rooms were well maintained from a cleaning perspective but extremely dated and even my bathroom was quite worn/run down. The price was low for the brand but perhaps this is why?

Rooms are very nice sice and layout of the bigger room was nice. Unfortunately multiple room issues with the people infront of us. When we got our room, they did not have the room we booked. Woman at front desk ran up to the rooms to double check them, then gave us 2 rooms to accomodate the issue which was nice. Unfortunately when we woke up to take a shower, the shower did not work. When i said something at the desk about it, a different woman behind the counter thanked me for letting them know and sent me away. Now if i did not have the other room i would have been livid, but the person at the desk did not know that i had used the other room shower. Breakfast was ok.

Once again we reserved a two-bedroom suite on Expedia and when we arrived, from a long drive, the hotel did not have the room we paid Expedia for when we booked. Get your act together clowns - sick of overpaying on Expedia.

The most unique and unexpected benefit of staying here was the Social Hour held Mondays-Wednesdays evenings. The breakfast was also remarkable-plenty to eat with a variety of hot and cold items. Our room was spacious and clean. All was good until the room above us started leaking water through the bathroom light/fan after midnight. Thankfully, they were able to move us to another room. Other than that, we liked our stay and would come back.

Nice hotel. We did have a problem when we went down for breakfast, all we wanted were waffles but the machine was out of batter and when me and my husband tried to find someone to tell there was no one to be found! Ended up eating breakfast out both mornings when we thought we would be able to eat at the hotel!

There were several things going on in the room. There was a crazy smell in the room, giant bleach spot, extremely wet/soaked area, and just a lot of little things almost like we were in a room that was in the middle of construction. Hotel.com also charged me nearly $30 more than the cost that Staybridge gave me on my check-out receipts. The pool was great! The breakfast was great.

The property was ok. It waa really hard to get towels. I think they are poorly staffed. There is only one clerk working the desk. So, anything you need, you have to wait on that one person to take of for you while they check people in/out, answer the phone, and try complete customer requests. The place was clean and our suite was comfortable.

When we came to check in the keys didn’t work to our room. I walked all the way back to get them fixed and walked back to the room only to find the room they assigned us was to a room that was taken. We then had to sit in the lobby while they found a room for us that had nobody in it.
