The staff members were great very nice and quick to help! There was always people cleaning and the room was very clean. The only comment i would make is that the people offering massages are very persistent and kind of overbearing at times. Seems there is almost always someone trying to sell you something.

Overall, our stay was good! Since I saw that this resort was under Hyatt name my expectations obviously were high but we came we realized that it is not Hyatt level which is absolutely fine. We did like everything but the resort itself is smaller than we thought it would be. 4/5

Food here was great. Really impressed. Rooms were spacious. Convenient location.
Staff super friendly. 24/7 coffee bar was awesome.
Beach is beautiful but we did have seaweed in August
