Good overall mostly but wifi (internet) never worked. Pool was dirty but it was end of April and not fully pool season I suppose. 2 Light bulbs out in one lamp, maintenance brought replacements. Tissue box in wall was empty so I left cover off to get refill for night 2 but cover was just put back on -no refill.

We have never stayed at a Motel 6 and were very nervous. But we took a chance and were glad we did. This was a very nice hotel. It was very clean, which is our main concern. The price was great.

It most definitely was more on the not-so good-side. The room was not clean. Restroom smelled like ammonia, or rather a loud stench of piss. The toilet had fecal matter and residue on the lid as well as behind it. There was no toilet paper in the room. The countertops were filthy. I didn't complain because I usually get rooms here. I called and spoke to the receptionist. Not only about the filthiness of the room and my last visit in rm 131, it being roach infested, oh how they crawl and bite on you in your sleep. But also, because this is the second time booking here, and they checked my room out after I have checked in,to someone else while I was having sex with my husband, Rm 228. The lady said she was the one who checked me in. She got off work at 11pm. The same exact room and same exact person who checked me in last stay in Rm 228. I cant rest now. I didnt know if we were getting robbed or what was going on. It felt like someone broke into our room, and invaded our privacy. The receptionist said the room was clean but I told her it was filthy. She said she didnt have my number, but clearly she asked me for it at check in between 5 and 6pm on 04/27/2024. My husband wants a refund because this is not the first time this has happened, and because they wont own up to invading our privacy. The room was hot and funky upon arrival. Someone had clipped their toe nails and left them in the bedroom drawer. It took burning incents bleach and airing out to try and rid the stench.

Mistakenly booked a smoking room - offered to pay for an upgrade but they refused. The room was missing a chair and was full of houseflies. I've always had good experiences with this place but this will be my last stay.

While the friendliness and cleanliness were wonderful…i found it a bit odd that complimentary shampoo/conditioner was not part of the stay…and when my husband went to the desk to ask about it and also to get another pillow, he was told they do not offer any of that…little disappointing, especially for such a large motel name.

N ever got clean towels or trash emptied from room. Ice machine was broken so no ice or coffeemaker in room. Cement on sidewalk is slippery when wet someone fell. Bed was uncomfortable and worn out in the middle.

Hi I rented a room through you all with Motel 6 in Nacogdoches, Tx on 01/20/24, and me and my husband did not have a decent stay. After I checked into Motel 6 rm 228 was the card they gave. Me and my husband were renting the room bc our pipes had burst at home. While we were making love, someone used their key and opened our door They rented us out the room, And rented it to someone else after we had already paid for it. I called the front desk after being walked in on by another guest using his key to our room. The lady at the front desk or receptionist said that the room wasn't marked as rented. I was embarrassed. Some man that's not my husband was looking at me and my husband in the nude making love. It was very cold. I went to the store, come back to my room card key not working. I had to walk all the way to the front desk. When I complained to the lady about the unexpected guest, she shrugged it off and then handed me two room key cards saying to try it now. She said the rain my card wasn't working was bc she reset it when she checked my rom out to the other gentleman. I couldn't get any ice, both the ice machines were broken with no signs to state it. They had roaches in the room, abs the ice box door wouldn't open. The knob to turn the water from heat to cold was broken. I had to take a freezing shower, or either a boiling hot shower because there was no in between.

I didn’t like that the door for room 228 isn’t completely sealed. The nights were cold and I could see and hear people as they walked by through the gap. But the service was good made it to the hotel after work and the room was cleaned well every day.

The room probably didn't get cleaned because there was a take out carton still sitting on the microwave which had roaches in it (Gross). Needless to say we didn't stay long.

Everything looked nice online, they allow pets and price was nice so we booked for 4 nights. The property was well kept and looked nice and not in a bad part of town.
Everyone was nice, especially the young girl that checked us in, (I wish I got her name because she was one of the only reasons i almost didnt write this review, i dont write reviews ever.) but when we got in our room it looked dirty. There were stains on the chair, and it just didnt look like what was in the pictures online, when I closed the door I saw that the whole trim and frame of the door looked like it had been kicked in and had not been fixed, you could pull at it and it would definitely pull apart and break. The tv had one channel, we couldnt figure out how to fix it. Then after getting ready for bed my husband pointed out the roach poop and the roaches running around in the nightstand. Regardless we stayed, we already payed for 4 nights, and it was late.
The next morning we realized our door stopped working and it would open without a key. So, we had to switch rooms and the room they put us in next had someone elses stuff in it already. Another room switch to upstairs. This room looked nicer and cleaner, i checked for roaches and saw that it was nowhere near what the bottom floor was. finally we felt a little better about staying there. Unfortunately we ended up going back to the front desk several times because our keys stopped working. I will not be going back.

Location is very good for me and things I need to do in the Nacogdoches area.

Definitely NOT a non- smoking room and no other rooms available. The smoke stench was terrible and made my eyes burn and my throat hurt. Curtains don’t even come close to blocking out the safety lights outside - it’s like sleeping with a nightlight. Only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but basic hotel standards of a dark room that is non-smoking if that’s what you book. Staff was polite but not friendly. Room was clean enough for what it was. No facial tissue in the dispenser. Would have overlooked literally everything if the room had actually been a non-smoking room. I was physically affected by the fact that it was not.

I specifically requested a non-smoking room due to my allergies. I was checked into a smoking room which reeked of cigarette smoke. I did go to the front office but was told there were no other rooms available. I would expect that if a non-smoking room is reserved then that is what I should have received . Instead I had to endure a night of severe allergies. Eyes were so itchy they were almost swollen shut by morning, even after taking two Benadryl. On top of that - the people in the room beside us were up all night and loud.

The rooms were smelly! I ended up paying extra for non-smoking room. The bedding, the furniture, and eventually my clothes stunk.

The room was nice for the price. The carpets needed a good cleaning and the room had a weird smell the 1st night. The smell was a musty smell like there had been no air circulation in a long time. But the smell subsided by day 2. Towels were like sand paper. I will stay here again when visiting my college student but bring my own towels and air freshner.

This hotel is extremely outdated.
The faucet at the sink was not even mounted to the vanity.
Towels were very stained and appeared dirty. Left over dog food was found under sink area from previous guests. Candy wrappers found around bed. Multiple stains found on carpet and bedside chair.
