Went to take a shower and there was absolutely no body wash or shampoo. Only Conditioner was in the dispenser. So that was a waste of time.

Very nice hotel ... And liked it's location right next to a park area with walking trails and outdoor space. We didn't stay for coffee and breakfast as it required purchase for even a basic coffee. Their breakfast options were nice but also not I closed in the room fee. That's ok, we knew that and chose to go elsewhere on our way out of town.

Door locks didn’t work. Air conditioner made noise the whole time. Bug in my room. Only one staffer on site. Phones didn’t work. Food was terrible. Staff did the best they could but it’s a lost cause.

Has a bar and nice open area. But the heater and AC was noisy in my room. Housekeeping did not clean my room when I didn’t place the dont disturb sign up.

Beds werent comfortable. People were loud in the hall ways. Someone tried to get into both my room and my kids rooms. It was hard to sleep at night after that and hard to get comfortable and I can fall asleep anywhere

The room was clean and the bed was the most comfy ive ever slept on in a hotel. Staff was amazing and the on site bar and restaurant was fantastic. Food was delicious and the drinks were cold. Will stay again

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out was super simple and quick. Hotel looked newer or more updated than neighboring ones. Just a couple small things that made it less than perfect. One there were no trash bags in either trash can and one of the white washcloths had stuff on it like it was stained with caked on makeup or something. Besides those things, the room was clean and comfortable. There were other visitors in the hotel running around slamming doors until later on in the night but was sporadic. Wasn't enough to keep us from sleeping well though. We will be back to stay again but will try to get on the upper floors so to be a little quieter.

This hotel has so many back end rules and charges that are unexpected, not declared when a person books. The overall cleanliness of this place is terrible. They do not clean rooms at all and it is difficult to get ordinary items. Like coffe, sugar, cream, towels, and toilet paper. As a person who traveled extensively for 30 years domestically and internationally, I considet this hotel to be joke. They have no interest in a customer's personal comfort.

Overall very nice hotel. Shower had a used wash rag in it which makes me think the bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay. And the pillows are horrible! Bring your own. Service was great, lobby and exterior of hotel is very pretty.

The outside patio looking into the pool is a perfect set up for parents with kids when the parents don’t want to swim.

Nice clean place to stay. It would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast. I have never stayed anywhere that didn't offer it's guest something for breakfast. Breakfast was coffee and a small cup of fruit for $12.00.

We were there for 5 days and they never cleaned our room. When we asked about getting it cleaned they said they do it every 3rd day, but they never did ours. When we asked on the 4th day the said they had too many rooms to do We had to do our own garbage , replenish our toilet paper and get our own fresh towels. When you go out it is nice to come back to a room that has been cleaned

I spent one of the worst nights of my life is this hotel. Not because its a bad hotel, but because of a whistling A/C unit. The Noise at first was noticeable, 30 minutes in was distracting, and after a few hours it was maddening and by morning I never ever want to darken the door to my room again. I went down for coffee and the person behind the counter asked how the stay was and I told her…she encouraged me to tell the front desk. The only thing worse than listening to the noise through a sleepless night was to see the nonchalant reaction of the front desk employee. I got the feeling from his response that there are problems in several of the rooms and I always love when someone fails to even make note of a problem. I usually stay at hilton branded hotels, but I decided to try this hotel because of its proximity…never again. I paid for a night and lost a day…

Pool opened extra early which was great for the kids. Room was nice and the beds were cozy. Lady at the front desk was a little rude when checking in but everyone has a bad day. The rest of the staff was very kind.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtyard Paducah. Room and linens were clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The weather was cold and snowy during our stay, but the room was easily kept warm with the ac/heat unit. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband forgot to grab a coat he left hanging in the room during checkout. We made a call to the hotel after we returned home and they quickly retrieved the coat and held it at the front desk for my son to pickup for us. We definitely recommend a stay at Courtyard Paducah!

Took between 5-7 minutes for some to come to the desk to check us in along with another customer standing in the lobby. TV did not work but they did move us to another room since they didn’t have anyone available to look at it.

Booked a 2 Queens bed with a Balcony, excited because we stay here a lot but great service is an option now. I was informed from Colton that we couldn't have a Balcony because those rooms were not cleaned and he didn't know why it was even on the 3rd party app. Also, that we were only going to be there for 1 day. Main concern was his feedback and he assumed an upgrade was the King Suite right by the door where everyone comes in and out. It was super loud because the door slams really loud. Room smelled old. Tub instead of the walkin shower. Hus upgrade was not especially with it being so loud and my husband had issues that required a walkin shower. He decided yo tell Hotels.com a lie and I explained to him that I had to pay extra on the app. Very disappointing and I hope go get the previous representatives movibg forward who care a little more about the customer who stays there all the time.
