The room was nice and had a closet and fold out couch, microwave and fridge. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The bummer was that the a/c was broken so we had to get an employee to open the small window which helped the temperature enough so we could sleep The indoor pool was a little too cold but the hot tub was soooooo hot I could barely get in it. The paint on the floor around the pools was coming off so we had paint chips stuck to ourselves. The staff was very friendly I just wish the pool area had been a bit nicer. I thought the price was a bit high but it's Santa Fe

The elevator was out of order, due to new parts being installed. My room was on the 3rd floor, so I had to hike up and down the stairs. I did ask for a 1st floor room, but the front desk said they were all taken and the 2nd floor as well. I tripped and fell on the landing between the 2nd and 3rd floors and had to ice my knee that I fell on several times before I checked out. The room was great and very clean. The egg and cheese omelets in the breakfast room were terrible, but the pancake machine was great.

Breakfast area was not cleaned during breakfast hours, Trash was overflowing they didn’t refill the breakfast items and the pancake/waffle maker never worked. The room was nice and clean but the walls are still thin -you could hear the kids running up and down the hall.

Outstanding hotel. The staff were very polite, helpful, and always greeted you, You can really tell they go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Was surprised that the price was the same as nearby hotels, which I was really happy about. It's also located near everything you would want to visit or need.

I stayed here twice within a few days, on the way out to Phoenix and back to Denver. I only had an issue on the way back. Housekeeping thought it was okay to start knocking on my door at 7:30! I got in late and was going to take full advantage of the 11 am checkout. My bad, forgot about the “Do not Disturb” sign. Got out of bed, put it on the doorknob & went back to bed. TWICE more, I was disturbed by, “Knock-knock-knock, HOUSEKEEPING!” NOT cool. Let the desk clerk know how I felt about in no uncertain terms…

Everything on property worked. Heated swimming pool and hot Jacuzzi…. What else could you ask for. I was on the first floor, steps away from the pool and my daughter was so happy and excited with our short stay. Will definitely stay here next time when we come back this way

Thank you for having a gym for guests and keeping it clean. My family was placed in a room (104) with a handicap accessible shower set up. The shower head/wand holding bar did not hold well. The shower head would fall off the bar and onto the tub floor during normal shower operation. The shower head itself is a notable brand (WaterPik) and works well at places that have a different faucet fixture at the bottom. For some reason, that particular shower head has 2 settings..."off" and "Water Jet" across all the variable spray options. Reason could be the faucet fixture at the bottom. To turn the shower water on, there is one rotation that starts at cold and ends at hot. No in-between to adjust the amount of flow, only the amount of hot-cold. Again, "off' and "water jet". Either the shower head has calcium build up and dirty to create the jet or the bottom faucet fixture is not suitable for that type of shower head outlet creating too much pressure. Going back to the shower head holder. The bar may not be set properly because the only way it sits at that angle of the shower head in place (when it's holding), it sprays the far end of the shower wall above the tub and water begins to run along the top of the tub and onto the floor creating a slip hazard. When the shower head is placed at the bottom of the holding bar, it is spraying too low but does not fall off the holding bar. Again, only a high (floor hazard) or low (crouch) hold.

Very cozy. Although not a luxurious hotel,it has pool, fitness center, free parking and free breakfast. Staff are very nice. Air conditioner does not make noises. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Clean, updated, everything in good working order.very comfortable bed and bedding.Wonderful breakfast. We had a first floor room at the end of hall near exit and we were afraid it would be noisy. It was not at all on our visit. Convenient parking, safe enough neighborhood if not super close to the downtown activities. We would stay again!

Our room was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very good. But most of all, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We especially want to thank Anterro (sorry if spelled incorrectly), for all of his help, tourist suggestions and wealth of information. Our trip to Santa Fe was incredible thanks to him.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet, you didn't hear other guests, which is a huge plus for me. Breakfast was solid and the area was very clean and well stocked. When I was checking out the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and provided me with a map and tons of suggestions and helpful tips to maximize my limited time in Santa Fe.

Issue with the external lights to the hotel being off, this also includes the hotel sign. After much difficulty of locating the hotal and using flash lights in the parking lot, walkway to get to the front door. My husband is legally blind and had a lot of difficulty getting around. The front desk clerk said the city controlled the lights outside. I stated other businesses had their lights on.
