Love this hotel. Great room with everything you need. Location couldn’t be better. We got off the train and went right up the elevator. Staff is super helpful
And efficient. So much to do in this area. Highly recommended.

Conveniently located hotel, but room was very small and hotel was in need of a general freshen up. A bit tired. Have stayed in the Hotel Granvia Kyoto which was in much better shape.

Nice location and clean room. It was a bit small and a couple of nights slept with the suitcase in the bed.

The hotel is centrally located right at the Osaka Station and that is the main reason I booked it. Check-in was pleasant. The room I booked was a double bed room and the room was tiny. There was no space to put the luggage on a luggage stand because it is so narrow. Actually, there is no luggage stand and we put the luggages on a chair and table. Bathroom is clean and has amenities but it is outdated and the sink has rusty spots. I gave a 3 stars rating because of the location and proximity to metro.

Conveniently located, breakfast with lots of choices, room is clean and spacious. Efficient service. Air conditioning too hot for winter, centrally controlled, not able to adjust.

Really good location just above JR Osaka Station. Breakfast is good too. However room size is really small even there is no space to lay down a 28 inch luggage. We booked two rooms for three of us. For the price we paid, I think the room size is reasonable in Japan. Overall we are pretty happy with this hotel.

Staff very helpful! Be sure and check square footage of room before booking. We were thankfully able to upgrade our tiny room. Great location for using the train.

Third trip to Osaka and the third time I've stayed here. It's a little pricier than other options, but the rooms are clean, albeit a little small (especially the bathroom!) and the location can't be beaten as it's on almost all the main train lines, and only one or two stops from those it's not on. Food is plentiful and there's a Daimaru mere steps away from the entrance on the 1st floor. Despite the extra cost, I'll most likely stay here next time I'm in Osaka again simply for the convenience...

Even during the Do Not Disturb check, it would be better if there was a service that provides additional items such as towels (hanging them on the door, etc.).

It was convenient as it situated just beside the Osaka JR Station and very near to metro station too. The room was a bit bigger than usual room in Japan but the room was a bit old.

The hotel location is very convenient and perfectly located between lots of shopping stores and transportation. Easy walking distance to everything. Enjoyed our stay. Initial room was terribly small so we asked them to move us. They found another with better layout for additional $2,000 yen. Overall the hotel location is great next to Daimaru.

The hotel is next to the station, so it is extremely convenient. However, the hotel itself is a bit run down, and the layout of the room is outdated. Only recommend to stay if you have a early train the other day.

The hotel was in the Osaka station and it was hard to find the location. But the room was clean and cozy.

Best location but could be a little challenging to reach the hotel from Osaka Shinkansen station.
Despite that, I always stay in this hotel whenever I travel to Osaka.

A very convenient hotel, right above Osaka station, great as a hub for travelling. Also right on top of tons of restaurants and Daimaru so you can probably spend an entire day exploring the shopping options right there.
Only complaint is that the hotel lifts take a long time to get to your floor during rush hours and it probably is full, so best to allocate some time for that if you have a scheduled train you need to catch.
Last one is not a complaint because I know what I was booking but comfort single window can't be opened and even if you can, you are looking at your fellow hotel guests. So when they say no view, they really mean it.
But overall a great experience and a great travel hub, will book again.

Stayed for 3 nights. Our first room was not great. Very small and the walls were very dirty. The carpet was badly stained and smelly. Asked to move to another room any had to pay extra for more space. Didn’t have a room available so moved the next day. New room was amazing and the view was nice. The hotel is beautiful and connects to the train station and shop mall. Super convenient! Best location! I highly recommend this hotel.
