We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights prior to cruising out of Yokohama. The location was perfect and the staffs were all extremely helpful. Despite a little hiccup due to our family having 4 reservations, everything got taken care of promptly and everyone was accommodating. Will definitely stay there again if opportunity arises.

Excellent location especially if you’re taking a cruise from Yokohama, easy access to trains. Nice quiet area. Easy walk to Motomachi Dori street for many dining venues

Really classic hotel with historical events. Wonderful staff. Bar is authentic , beautiful cocktails and rich whiskey collection, recommend to visit.
