Great options for breakfast, friendly staff, and a good location make this a good hotel choice. We were able to walk from the train station with our luggage and to the port to board our ship.

The hotel is clean, functional, well located for ease of access to the town and the beds/pillows and linen very comfortable. Good space for suit cases in the bedroom too. The breakfast was excellant 5/5 and staff in hotel all very pleasent. However the hotel is advertised as 4 star so to note not many amenities that you might expect for 4 star. Very basic toilteries (advise bring your own), small bath towels (no large bath sheets), limited space in reception (although it does open directly into Egon restaurant next door for food/drinks). If you are busy doing tourist things this won't affect you.

This was the last stop of our Scandinavian trip and it ended it on a very good note. Staff very friendly and professional. I had some Qs and they were able to answer. Location is ideal. Breakfast is ample.

Just one block away from the end of the light rail. Keep walking straight ahead for one short block and it's in the next block. You'll see the McDonalds on the corner which is part of the building. The hard to see entrance is just past Maccas. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant. Good clean efficient hotel handy to the harbour.

We enjoyed our stay in Bergen, this hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk to the Skyss light rail which directly goes to the airport and is nicely placed for loads of attractions in Bergen. We used parking up the road at City Park which the hotel have a link with for discounted rates. Staff were always friendly and helpful. I have a restricted diet and there were many gluten free and vegan options I could have at breakfast, including milks and dairy free spread. The rooms are well designed and clean. We did hear some noise from the outside but this did not disturb our sleep (although we were there at a quieter time in November).

A very nice hotel in a convenient location from the tram and close to all the downtown attractions. Front desk staff was fabulous and helped us with a luggage problem and a rental car change. Very nice breakfast.

This was a good three night stay. Staff were helpful and the breakfast quite good. Room was good and clean. The hotel is situated avove Macdonald's and the entrance hard to find. Courtyard view was not great. Location was very central and would recommend.
