The breakfast items were fresh and delicious with various local fruit options. The breakfast staff was amazing and very attentive…the same is true about housekeeping.
The hotel is attached to a grocery store and a mall. The hotel is just a few steps away from the Santa Fe Mall (which is huge and equipped with a Bowling alley and Go Kart Racing) as well as a short walk from the Pablado.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and we particularly enjoyed the entrance to the mall. However, the gym requires an upgrade. The spa provided a relaxing experience.

This hotel hosts a lot of conventions so it’s not a very sexy or showy hotel but the staff is super professional and courteous. It’s also right next to the Oviedo mall and down the street from the Santa Fe mall so if you don’t want to be in the hotel just go there for a quick trip. I never had issues with service or any of the staff. Others noted the good breakfast, and I would agree with that as well. If you want a sexy hotel in a sexy posh neighborhood this ain’t it. Pretty solid choice though if you’re looking for something low key.
