There were kids running up and down the hall till midnight. They were chasing each other yelling, banging on doors. Don't know if there was a tournament of something going on. Never once heard an adult try to quiet them down. After driving 13 hours I was wanting to get a good night sleep to continue my trip. It didn't happen. TV remote wouldn't turn on or off. No volume control only changes channels.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD BUT LIKE ALWAYS THEY SAID BREAKFAST 7:00 to 9:00 AND WE GOT THERE 8:25 AND THEY DONT WANT TO RESTOCK NOTHING!! WE DID NOT EAT BECAUSE THE LADY STARTED CLEANING AND DONT SERVE NO MORE BREAFAST AT 8:30 THE HOTEL SHOULD TELL US DONT COME TO EAT OR PUT A SIGN WHERE SAY “ 8:30 IT IS TO LATE TO TAKE BREAKFAST 🙄🙄 BECAUSE IF THEY SAID 7:00 to 9:00 THEY SHOULD TO START CLEANING AT 9:00!!! NOT BEFORE AND THEY SHOULD TO HAVE PLENITY FOOD BECAUSE IF WE WANT TO EAT AT 8:50 THEY SHOULD HAVE FOOD THERE IT IS MY THIRD HOTEL IN THIS WEEK DOING THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE LADY AT FRONT DESK WAS SO RUDE WHEN MY DAUGHTER ASK FOR THE EXACTLY LOCATION OF OUR ROOM THE LADY SAID “”OVER THERE “” WALKING AWAY AND LET MY DAUGHTER HANGING THERE. THEY SHOULD TO BE KIND AND RESPECTFULLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A JOB BECAUSE OF US WHO TRAVEL .

We're here for a conference tournament Great place. Only issue was due to weather tournament started late and to add 2 nights cost more than the initial 3 nights. Had to book elsewhere.

I expected better from a La Quinta. The sheet on the king sized bed was queen sized, meaning nearly a quarter of the bed wasn’t even covered with a sheet. Bed was lop-sided. The room smelled musty and the shower was a bit rough. Actually, the whole room was a bit rough. Towels had hairs on them.

Checked in. Key would not work in the door 1/2 the time rm 106 but the set desk showed and told me use it more to the left. That only worked once. Lots of hair along the shower and drain. Appeared to be busted used and not cleaned. Definitely dog friendly even the smells. Bring air freshener

The hotel was clean and the employees friendly. The card system to get into your room was terrible. Out of 4 times I tried to get into my room I had to have someone help me because the key cards would deactivate. They made 3 new keys and then the employee had to help me even then because it was difficult to get the card in the correct position for it to read it. I hated to leave my room because I was scared, I couldn't get back in. One of the times I couldn't get in and the employee came up there was a person a few doors down that couldn't get in also and they had to help them also. so it wasn't just me.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The photos aren't updated. Very raggedy. Looks and smells like what you might feel would be the projects. The keys to our room didn't work and had to be changed 4 times. This made us feel like this was being done deliberately. We spoke with other guests and found out that most of them were dealing with the same thing. We had to go and buy towels, blankets and sheets because it was obvious to us that the ones in the room wasn't changed. The food was disgusting. The person preparing it didn't look clean at all. The maintenance men made you feel very uncomfortable. They looked like hardcore criminals that had just been released out of prison. This hotel is dangerously over priced. Unless you can care less about the sanitary conditions of the food you eat and where you sleep, then what I have taken time out to warn you of wouldn't bother you. However, to those who do care. Be warned. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Had we known there was a lovely Hampton Inn right next to them, we would have stayed there. There is no way that this place should pass inspection. Had I known that I would have been able to upload photos with my survey, I would have taken some.

Room appeared clean but bathroom had hair in sink plus there was no soap nor was there shampoo to go with the conditioner. Tub looked a little worn and dingy. The bed was comfortable.

Front desk refused to give us price for a room until she checked is in and then price was outrageous, $100 more than online prices. I had her cancel us out and I registered using hotels.com. then after we went to bed she insisted I return to front desk and make a$50 deposit. Room was in terrible condition, holes in walls and carpet. LaQuinta has shown a steady decline in quality.

I had trouble getting into the room. Room keys did not work. Had to walk down to the front desk four times. When my room was on the 4th floor. The breakfast was horrible.

Stopped here for a night on our way to Mardi Gras. The hotel was fine except for a couple of things. When we got to the room 3 out of 4 pillows had hair on them that did not belong to us. Called from desk and they brought new pillow cases right away. Breakfast is only bagels/muffins/toast/cereal.

Easy to find, quick and easy check in. Room was quiet and decorated nicely. Bathroom was set up nicely and roomy. Shower ceiling looked like it may have leaked previously, was fixed but looked terrible. Shower wall had mold down the corners of the walls and across the top of the shower tray. Was charged for the room twice but Sandria was able to correct that the next morning. I would suggest checking your credit card charged prior to your departure.

We stood an hour trying to check in when we ad checked in on line. We weren’t given directions on how to unlock doors. The bathrooms were unclean. The tub had a ring in it. We asked for cleaning service and wasn’t given any.. There were many charges on my account that were unexplained and blamed on a third party.

Very good stay - no problems with room or service. This property still has low toilets but otherwise up to date. There are train tracks nearby and you can hear the train horn in some of the rooms. Breakfast was good for the price.

I was given a room with no towels and used toilet paper. The issue was reported but took over 8 hours to resolve. Breakfast was stale and seemed to be leftovers.

This property is in terrible condition. The card system was malfunctioning (notices were posted) and this meant that the doors to the building itself remained unlocked and the building accessible unless the person entering or leaving made a intentional effort to close/lock the door. The room doors were the same; they did not self-lock. The fixture in the bathroom sink was coming apart and it was very difficult to use the sink. The staff was very nice, however.

Our stay was very good. The room was clean and staff was friendly and competent. The bathroom had water damage on the ceiling, but I saw no evidence of mold.

Water came through ceiling in bathroom. Had to pack up and move to adjoining room. Heating not working there. Moved again across the hall. Heating there making too much racket for sleeping. Moved again. We were tired after a day of travel and this was just too much hassle.

Lady in front desk at night on 28th December was very rude will never come even prefer la quanta inn I booked room for 3 guests and beds are very small barely one person can sleep I just requested if they can provide extra bed or blanket if it’s yes or no she can say but she yelled at me in phone so rudely never come back.
