Overall the hotel was very good even though they were remodeling Coffee at breakfast was terrible, everything else was very good.

Overall is wasn’t bad just the hotel it self could use an update. Elevator extremely slow so we used the stairs to the 3rd floor all the time. The rooms are not very sound proof could hear other guests above us. The shower was hard to regulate the hot and cold. The staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and the food was good.

Warm and friendly front desk staff. Room was immaculate, thank you Nicole. Common sreas are a bit worn and dingy. Very safety conscious. Great for families. Dinner and breakfast included. Which was great as the weather was nasty. Could use some new mattresses.

Amazing front staff the rest is ok they went above to make sure i was happy with Druy Springfield Mo before i even called it a night. I will absolutely stay with druy with service like ive always gotten from Druy hotels. I'm difficult to and they are always nice and generally good people

We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff kept the food stocked and the area clean even though the hotel was full of guests. The indoor/outdoor pool was clean, refreshing, and invigorating. We would definitely stay here again.

The pillows were small. Toilet tissue and Kleenex were as rough as sand paper. Those items need updating

The food and drinks are great and definitely add value. Our room, the toilet would gurgle and gurgle and it smelled like sewage. The shower didn't have good water pressure or heat. We didn't want to complain. Because of the holiday, but needless to say, it wasn't ideal. I think this is an older Drury. A little update would do wonders!

One thing we found not pleasant, was the noise from the pool outside. I did like the fact that there was a good place to eat next door.

The room was great, clean and orderly, beds very comfortable, evening meal was great with cocktails. Only problem was when we tried to take shower we couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower head, knob came off the plunger (?) so the water couldn’t bypass the faucet. Called the front desk and someone came and was able to get the water to come out of the shower head. After that the shower was great. Kept the water on until we were both finished with our showers. The issue wasn’t repaired just fixed long enough for us to take showers.

This Drury needs some serious upgrades, modernization! Lights very dim, so the furnishings. The shower knob, fell off. The vanity was way too low for a normal person.

What a great place to stay especially for families and couples alike! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are phenomenal! If I had young children yet I would not stay anywhere else

Really nice hotel. The lobby was really nice. It has a glass elevator which is neat. There is also a second elevator at the back. The pool was really nice as well and had both an indoor section and outdoor section. The room was nice. It was clean and had comfortable beds.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and my back didn't hurt like it usually does when vacationing. The breakfasts and suppers provided were of good quality and the variety was good. The staff was helpful and polite. All-around nice stay.
