We had a one night stay. It was convenient as it was about 15 minutes from the airport. The room was a two queen bedroom which I felt was a bit small for being a Hampton Inn, but had all that was needed. The room was clean. Beds were okay but on top of some big metal frame. Breakfast was the usual. Not sure if it was all worth for the price we paid for just one night but overall a good stay. The staff was friendly.

This was a 1 night stay and overall this was a nice place to stay. However, when I arrived with my bags and toddler…, I saw a group of people eating in the lounge area. As I walked to the front desk and I saw nobody there, I hear someone yell out “Ma’am what did you need help with”…. I turned around and was one of the woman who was eating with the group. I immediately was shocked and said “I’m checking in.” I literally thought that was a point of a hotel, people are either checking in or out especially if they are walking through the front door with a bag. Then she proceeded to check me in but I felt like I was interrupting her from her social hour with her friends or colleagues- either way that totally unprofessional!

This hotel is clean, secure and quiet. The beds are comfortable. My room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Definitely would stay here again.

The lady that does the morning breakfast is an absolute joy. She greeting every single person with a smile and a genuine good morning. She made sure everyone had what they needed and was a wonderful way to start the day. As guests left in the morning she wished them a good day and it made an impression on everyone. She was fantastic.

Our stay overall was pretty good. Hotel was clean and in a convenient location right off the interstate. The staff was very polite and helpful. Had an easy check in too. The pool was closed, which was expected since it's off season. The breakfast was good. Our main issue was the blankets and pillows. We got a king size bed, but was given 4 pillows made for a single bed. The blankets/sheets were the size of a queen. None of them would stay on the mattress.

Location convenient. Room was carpet tiles. I was traveling with a small pet and had to confine them to entry (tiled floor). Unable to see view of pool from window (permanently fogged glass.)

Room had quite a bit of wear and tear. Carpets were filthy, wear shoes the entire time. Housekeeping needs to do better at cleaning the entire room in general. For 250 bucks I was expecting something a little nicer. On par with a $75-$100 hotels. The breakfast was nicer than expected.

Person who was at the desk was very pleasant and very helpful. The pool was gross, sort of nasty. Hallways in disrepair around the elevator on the 2nd floor. There were big tares in the header on one of the beds. Food bar in the morning was well stocked and checking out was easy.

I was very disappointed with this stay. We book hotels by the availability of ev charging stations. This one had 3 tesla and 1 j1772 chargers. When we arrived 2 of the 4 charging spaces were filled with gas cars. We asked the front desk to which they replied "we don't know what to do about the cars because we don't take plate numbers." Then they told us we could park at their sister hotel right around the corner and use their chargers.... Really? Okay fine, we parked there and walked back to our hotel. Our room was stuffy and hot when we arrived, and the carpet felt sticky. The pool was green so we didn't allow our children to swim which upset them. I wouldn't recommend this hotel after this stay.

The staff accommodated my need to freeze an ice pack for my medication storage while traveling the next day. The rooms only have small mini fridges, no freezer. There were storms in the area. Not long after I went to bed the power went out for several hours. Fortunately, my room stayed cool enough. Saw many cleaning crew workers out the next morning cleaning doors, etc. I would stay here again.

The room that I was in was very noisy. The bathroom vent was noisy throughout the entire room. The bathtub was not draining properly and was standing in bath water throughout my shower. Throughout the entire night we could hear noises from the parking lot and the road.

Clean comfy room good staff. Breakfast was tasty!! They except pets. Asked for a room that was close, do to walking problems. Clerk was more than happy to make it poss. Would stay again if in the area.

Property is starting to go downhill. Broken showers, faucets, drains. Missing pillows and towels. We stay at this hotel all the time. We switched from another brand that we stayed at for almost 10 years because it started to go downhill. We may have to find another hotel soon.

Check in was good. Cleanliness good. Safe neighborhood. UNABLE TO SLEEP DUE TO THIN WALLS. Heard people talking in the hallway like they were in my room. The room next to me had his tv on and i could hear it pretty clear.
