After our check in, we went to our room and discovered the air conditioner wasn’t working. I went back to the front desk and we were able to switch to another room. Joe was very friendly and helpful. When I reserved this room I didn’t realize there was only a shower and not a tub in the room. That’s on me for not looking at the description better. My wife prefers a tub and shower combo.

This hotel was so dirty one of the guests slept in their vehicle instead. Dog hair was in the beds, on the furniture, and attached to anything you brought in. We reached out to the hotel via hotels.com for a refund and they would only refund one night. We were scheduled for a full week but moved locations after the first night.

Property is pretty beaten up. Supposedly a no smoking facility, but my room was doused in floral fragrance to cover up something. Room was clean but tired. Clear sign of former water damage on the floor. That said, it was conveniently located and when I arrived very late they were nice about giving me a noon checkout.

Great value, helpful staff and convenient location. Comfortable stay. Nice "warm" breakfast, including egg and meat. Staff was helpful and kind. Cardio room is small, has three new high-end machines (no other equipment); above average at this price point. Overall condition is good, slightly worn.

The staff were amazing and so helpful! I called before I booked because I had some questions, and they made sure to answer every one. The staff at check in was so nice. And the staff at checkout was the same. Our room was very elegant looking and most importantly very clean! The beds were comfy, a little squeaky if you were adjusting to get comfy, but still cozy. We didn’t use the microwave or fridge, we had no need to. The location was great and central to anything you could need. The only cons that I can think of is that our sliding bathroom door was stuck, so we couldn’t use it at all, but really no issue. I would definitely stay here again, and grateful for the staff making the booking, check in, and check out process a breeze and so pleasant. Their prices are also fair. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We did not stay at the Sleep Inn. 7 men were standing outside our room. All of them were playing or talking on their phones and talking very loud. It was an uncomfortable experience. No other rooms were available to suit our needs. We told them at the desk we would not be staying there. We left and stayed at another establishment.

Room was clean. Shower was something else!You had only one place to put soap and it kept falling to floor. No place to put shower items except on floor. Had to open door toward shower handle. Very awkward to turn on showder. Coffee maker was broken. Pillows were to hard. Did mot sleep well. But clean and courteous!

Only positive during my stay was Esmeralda at the front desk. After I received room key walked up (arms full) the stairs to room. For some odd reason the door to my room was propped completely open with a bath towel shoved under the door to hold it open. There’s no way of knowing how long it had been like this and why my room was completely open for anyone walking by to see or to walk into. There was a gentleman that had checked into the hotel that seemed to be very sick and was coughing an enormous amount. And I mentioned this because for health concerns or reasons it just seems unexplainable why it was that way. Walked back down the stairs told front desk person the way that I found the room and she said no one mentioned anything to me about this and she went upstairs to check came back downstairs and then assigned me to a different room. Room had strong odor. Odd odor. The showers are very poorly designed and allow water to come out from underneath the shower door. Molding around shower head had a great deal of water damage and there appeared to be some mold in the corners of the bathroom. Also, I did not take a picture but toilet seat had surface damage. There was something outside of the bathroom door above the baseboard, see picture, that I didn’t really want to think about. The fake picture frames were peeling off. Part of the curtain had been pulled loose, stains on ceiling. A few other things but list became too long to spend more energy on.

They had a water leak in the hall, my room smelled like a wet sock, you could tell the water damage had been painted over recently… and poorly. We could hear the water thumping against the ceiling tiles in the hallway from inside our rooms.

Toilet wouldn’t flush I had to sleep in middle of the bed because it was so worn down on the sides you will roll off the bed and pillows old and smelly, awful strong smell of weed and body Oder in room ac didn’t cool at all shower wasn’t clean toilet seat was falling apart needs updating bad not a good stay.. The smell of this room was awful…

Everything was pretty good at this location. Quiet and clean. Easy and well lit parking lot. If there was one thing I had to complain about is the shower door was way to high causing the water to slash all over the floor.

The prices were great. The staff was helpful, professional and very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. It was quiet. The breakfast was nice and was available from 6-9 giving me plenty of time to get ready for the day and still sit down to a complete meal. I would recommend staying at the Sleep Inn and Suites.

Check in went smoothly, our room was ready and very clean. It looked as if it had been recently updated. The breakfast was standard, but good, and an adequate variety. We really enjoyed the cheese omlets. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Clean rooms, hot water with good pressure. Soft beds. Staff is easy to deal with and helpful when mistakes were made on my end. I have been staying here 3-4 days a week for 1 1/2 months and will stay here for the duration of my job.

The front desk check in was friendly and efficient. The room wasn't the cleanest and there was an odor in the hallway. Breakfast options were good but not available. They ran out of everything and it was a while before anyone came to refill things. Decent place for one night and the price but not a repeat visit.
