We are very pleased with the upgrades Super 8 is making. The Bloomfield location is very good, but because it is on a highway junction that has many 18-wheelers passing, it is very noisy.

We did not know that there was no elevator in the facility. Being mobile disadvantaged it’s hard to do the stairs. If there was a true emergency I could have fallen down the stairs easily. We had a king bed, but pinky thing they had on the first floor to offer was a Queen. When I mentioned there was a price difference she said you’re a third party player so it’s too bad. So we made it upstairs. The place is older and needs updating. The bed was miserable and pillows a little square. Breakfast was toast, toaster waffles, fruit, cold cereal, coffee and milk. We left we a apple just wasn’t worth waiting for the one table they have in the whole place! Disappointment is really giving them too much credit. There’s other hotels that we’ve stayed at around there that are better and same price range, they were sold out unfortunately. Buyer beware here.

Other than a broken ice machine, everything was fine. a nice selection for breakfast.

The bed was firm. Like reeeeally firm! But if thats your thing, youll love it. No complaints otherwise.

Adequate room for the price, with a decent inclusive breakfast of boiled eggs, cereal and oatmeal, fresh fruit and bread/toast with coffee and juice. A bit of road noise and nothing fancy in the room or common areas but no complaints for the price.

Only thing that I liked was that I was able to screen mirror my phone to the tv for my kids. Hated everything else. Check-in was difficult. Took a while. Was given attitude when changing payment cards. Once we got to the room, the door wouldnt fully lock. Was hard to open and close. The showerhead has a lot of water stains, dirty, and the water pressure sucked. There was a crack in the tub and water got through. The toilet was not fully put together properly. Would leak when we flushed it. There was no amenities. It was a mixture of different things that looked like they were purchased at Family Dollar down the street. No actual hand soap. Limited towels. Had to wait 20 minutes the next morning for more towels. The electrical work was off. Could only use one lamp if another light was on. There were outlets that had wires hanging out of the wall. The beds sucked. It flattened easily as if they have had them since they opened. Breakfast is very limited along witb very limited seating. The air conditioner would not shut off so we had no choice but to unplug. I do not recommend this place at all.

It was over 100 degrees outside. Good news, the air conditioning worked GREAT!

Toilet was backing up hard to use a plunger every time we use the bathroom. Had to switch rooms

The hotel was decent. It was a bit worn, but overall had some good amenities. In room microwave and mini fridge. A table and chairs for eating and a king size bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall it was a good economy hotel.

Receptionist was pleasant, check in went smoothly, room was spacious with no tripping hazards, very clean.

The nicest people work at this hotel! They are very friendly, helpful and are constantly cleaning the hotel. I never saw any of them being idle and they were always willing to help.

The room was dark with only 3 lights. There was only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room. Staff was snappy and unresponsive.

Our room was clean but the hallway and stairs were not. Needs some improvement on that and on the breakfast too. Overall, ok for one night but not as good as others Super 8 we’ve been before.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient, couldn’t ask for more.

The staff is always wonderful. We've come here for at least 10 years. The one thing that would be nice is having the stairs and halls vacuumed more often . Also our one of our rooms that was supposed to be non smoking was turned into a smoking room and white out was over the no smoking room symbol.

Was super disappointed with this location. Room stank of decades of smoke, no way should it be called "smoke free". ALL CHANNELS of the TV system were super static-y. Internet speed was slo-o-o-o-o-o-w. Very old property that appears to have never been updated. When I got in the shower I literally left foot prints on the tub from the disgusting carpet (wish I'd known before walking barefoot on the carpet!) Breakfast was edible. All in all, I horrible experience for the price.

Very clean and neat room. Staff was considerate and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Modest breakfast was offered and was exactly as advertised. Great location for jumping off to Chaco Canyon.

Way too expensive for what it is. And there isn’t an elevator in a 2-story motel. I had to make 4 trips to load & unload my stuff.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Location was convenient.

the rating is ok because of the comfort of the bed & pillows. Other than that the place was clean the staff was friendly and helpful. Its close to anything you might need.

Was there for 30 days in town working.......was only able to get housekeeping services twice after reapeatedly requesting services .....

Very pleasant little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the free wifi and breakfast were added benefits. Great value.

This was just a one night stop but was overall a ‘Super 8’ experience! Friendly and clean!
