Was a nice stay. Only thing that was little disappointing was the pool was ice cold. So was a littlw hard to swim. Would think they would have like heaters for pool. But overall it was a great stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room large and clean. I will be staying there on my next visit. However, I would recommend changing from styrofoam paperplates, bowls and cups to paper...better for the environment.

The staff were super friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The pool was freezing. We had a reservation for 4 people, however they only gave us 2 small towels. When asked for more we were told the policy was if we wanted new towels we had to bring down our 2 dirty towels to enchange for 2 new towels. We should have automatically started with 4 since our reservation was for 4 people. There's no elevator so dragging all of our stuff upstairs wasn't fun. The last day of our stay we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Disgusting!

The pictures that advertised this hotel is misleading. Breakfast sucks, gym is under maintenance, ice machine didnt work, bath tub stopped up, snake machine didnt work. If i didnt reserve online i would have canceled

This hotel is gross. It is very old and dirty. Everything in the room felt damp. The floor of the shower was squishy. The exterior door did not require a key card, so anyone could enter the building.

Hotel is dated, not very clean and the shower towels are the size of a hand towel. On the positive side, bed is comfortable and good location and quiet. The back door lock does not work so anyone can come into the back entrance of the hotel at anytime.

We got the jacuzzi room and were in love :) loved the space and having this was very relaxing. Staff were quick and efficient during check in. Overall, we had a great experience with our stay, there were a few things to be improved on. The coffee maker in our room was missing the place to add coffee and the breakfast was not worth getting out of bed for and we were disappointed. The biggest issue we came across was that the pool was not working when we arrived and I wish they would have had that listed during booking.

The facility and room were clean. There was not a table in the room & only one small lamp. Made eating difficult. Had to stand up at the tv stand. The back door to hotel was broken and anyone was free to come in, even without a key. Breakfast had no eggs or meat. Just waffles, cereal, bread, yogurt, bananas. Staff was friendly.

Very friendly staff, even while coping with the computers being down. The beds were comfortable. There was some evidence of updating going on. The towels were very thin, small and there were only two bath towels. The free breakfast was all carbohydrate, no protein. We went to Braum's the second day.

We weren’t even able to check in. I had reserved this room for my son who’s 20. He was driving home from college and he was not able to check in because he isn’t 21 year old. I wasn’t informed about this when I made the reservation. I never got my money back!!

This place needs an upgrade. Carpets are stained in the hallway and there are foreign substances on the walls inside the room. Reserved two Queen size beds and there was only one wash cloth. I'm not sure how that's supposed to work when the room is for four people. The pool water is freezing cold.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no elevator, which I didn't realize when I booked the hotel. I told the desk clerk that my husband had to use a cane to walk but he still put us on the second floor. I will never stay there again.

Rude staff. I can understand a no smoking policy, but no vaping is absolutely ridiculous, I do not recommend this hotel. Many more in Enid with a better staff and quality rooms.

The bed was large and very comfy. There were a few amenities. Fridge, Coffee Pot, Microwave. Little Desk, Comfy chair for watching TV. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the curtain was broken and didn't close all the way. Sunlight got into the room during the day, and a bright street light at night. This made sleep difficult for me. Also I don't think I got the AC going right. I set it on 70 and turned it to Cool, but the room got rather chilly. I went with it and didn't try to figure it out more, but I woke up many times having to pee, and I think the cold room was the reason.

Everything was nice until I looked at the bathtub it really needs to be redone. I was not sure if it was dirty or if it just needed to be resurfaced until I really got down and looked at it. I was not sure if I wanted to take a shower in it. Plus I didn’t get my deposit back.
