Breakfast staff weren’t very friendly. Also, they would stock milk alternatives! Room and front office staff were excellent.

The hot tub/spa was out of order, and the pool was cold, but the room was nice.

I always stay here when I am in Salt Lake City and this trip was particularly good because the TV set in the breakfast room was OFF the first day and ABSENT the second day which means we didn't have to listen to Fox or CNN or the Weather Channel during breakfast! I suppose they will fix it because that's how hotels act, but in the meantime, get yourselves down to Salt Lake City and enjoy the silence!

Room was excellent and clean. Staff was friendly. Shout out to the shuttle driver who was so sweet and courteous. Breakfast was great. Will stay again when in the area.
