The bathroom had rust around the door, the bath tub was in rough shape, the sink had a rusty drain hole, everything needs to be replaced.

Stayed here multiple times but for the first time we stayed on the first floor room 114 and there were bed bugs in the bed.

Hard to get to, hard to find parking when busy. Likewise the room itself was dirty: my son pulled up the couch cushions and there was some kind of mold in it. The sink leaked water onto the floor. There was a ton of dust behind the bed.

Our room had blood or something on the walls in the bathroom and in the sleeping area the carpet was sticky we had to wear our shoes. The continental breakfast area was not stocked. The tables weren’t clean and the floor was covered in food as you were getting ready to leave, we went to use the bathroom and there was a cat trapped in the bathroom. At first, I thought this Hass to be only our room and after to speaking with people in the continental breakfast area, I realize that it was just the hotel in general we will never return and I would never recommend anyone going there.

IT WAS A NICE CLEAN HOTEL, THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE WAFFLE PLATE IN MY OPINION NEED TO BE REPLACE AND THE SAUSAGE NEED TO BE COOKED OR STEAMED A LITTLE MORE( PORK NEED TO BE DONE) BUT OVERALL I GIVE THIS PLACE A10 MEANING EXCELLENT

Was more run-down than expected. Room had multiple cracked tiles, light mold on bathroom ceiling, broken curtains, and then rolling desk chair was unusable as it was missing a wheel. Friends had to switch rooms a few times to inop or leaking AC units. Could not use the gym. Looks like there was a long term leak above the window on the ceiling. Room smelled moldy and floor was all bleached out and warped. Elliptical machine was covered in rust. Service was good and breakfast was good. They just need to step up the TLC.

This was a great affordable place for my 7 year old son and I to stay in close proximity to Nashville, we loved everything about the hotel itself including the pool and the breakfast. It had very easy access to the major interstate nearby, only negative if you want to call it that had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with the neighboring mall that appears to be a ghost town with many stores closed but the Hotel itself was perfect for us . We will likely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville

The hotel and rooms had an odd smell to them its hard to put my finger on it. But my room appeared to be clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tv was big. It was fine for a short stay. The door nob to the bathroom was loose and fell off so Id say this place could use some maintenance here and there.

Lady at desk was rude when I asked for a new key because mine didn’t work. She told the next customer she was having a bad night because “everyone and they mama is asking for new keys” Carpet and comforter in room were both stained. Unpainted drywall patches on ceiling.

Clean room, good amenities like fridge & microwave, wifi etc. The gentleman at the desk was pleasant & check in was quick & easy. The common areas were clean as well. I'd stay again.

It was a getaway for me and my wife to relax, and that we did. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast is a hot breakfast, and there were no complaints with the breakfast. The beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows needed to be replaced with new ones but overall it was a good place to stay. I do recommend this hotel.

Workers were friendly and breakfast was fine, but room was dirty. Stains on the couch, shower curtains, room curtains and floor of bathroom. Despite being a nonsmoking room, smoke permeated throughout the entire room.

Clean. Asked the front desk if we could have a late check out. She said only until noon. At 11am there was a knock at door telling us to get out. We were still sleeping and had to rush pack up everything and leave without showering. When I told them we had approval by front desk they said no we had to be out immediately.

Rooms were not clean. Hot tub and pool were not functioning. Went to get breakfast and they ran out of food at 7:30am because kitchen was locked. Would not recommend this hotel.

I have to say the beds were reasonably comfortable and that is about the only good thing I had. Hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. Breakfast was dirty and poorly stocked. Maintenance was lacking mostly at an esthetic level rather than functional. Hotel located next to a noisy highway bridge.

Room was very dirty - the bathroom floor had hair all over it - there was black goo smeared on the bathroom walls - the carpet had not been vacuumed - the lock on the door was busted off - we found bugs crawling in the floor - the beds were very hard - sheets were dirty - the pool was closed - no ice in the ice machine

Ms.Dana was wonderful she tried making our stay better but she can’t do everybody’s job including her own it was mold on the ceiling the house keepers was still going in our rooms even though it had the do not disturb sign out the sink was filthy when we checked in and the bath tub still had a ring around the tub

Chose this specific motel for the pool and hot tub for my kids, but hot tub doesn't heat up. Hotel needs some update, rusty places in bathroom and bedsheets aren't smooth, lots of pilling on them.

Old Hotel that has a fresh coat of paint. Freezer was frozen solid on arrival and when maintenance department brought another one it didn’t have a freezer at all When the gentleman moved freezer there was trash & hair behind it so he just threw it in our trash can. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was great when u walk in the door. Smelled good and it was very clean... but as soon as u get to your room it was a let down. The room had so much moisture in it my sheets and towels was damp. There was also hair on the sheets. And the sides of the.mattress was stained very badly. The air wasnt cold until it got dark. And the bathroom tub has a real bad curve to it so be careful when it's time to shower.

Nice pool, good breakfast, friendly staff. Only issue was the AC had a musty odor so I just purchased a couple of candles and problem solved.
