El espacio sigue siendo hermoso, pero al hotel le hace falta mucho mantenimiento!
Las habitaciones están viejas, muebles sucios, contactos que no sirven… ya no es el mejor lugar para pasar un fin de semana en Cuernavaca.

Esta es la tercera vez que mi familia y yo nos quedamos en Mision del Sol. Desafortunadamente hay cosas que han decaido desde la ultima vez hace un par de años. Las instalaciones de las villas parecen no haber recibido mantenimiento alguno en años. Este fin de semana llovió y nuestra villa se inundo, una de las habitaciones literalmente era un lago. Todas nuestras cosas se mojaron y no pudimos dormir en gran parte de la cama que estaba mojada.
Otro punto que no me gustó esta vez es que anteriormente este hotel era un hotel que no permitía niños, ahora aceptan niños pequeños ya que cuentan con un “kids club” pero no toman en cuenta las areas comunes como el comedor, donde diario nos tocaba algún niño chillón, y unos padrea mal educados que lo dejaban gritar hasta que se cansaba, o nos cansábamos nosotros de oirlo. Muy molesto definitivamente. El concepto de este spa NO es para niños pequeños y así debería seguir. Rompe completamente con el ambiente de relajación.

Beautiful property and gardens, especially the water streams throughout the property and the landscaping. Rooms are in casitas all with garden access. The villas have 3 bedrooms and are very spacious but face a road that isn't nice and the outside neighborhood is not good at all. There was no air conditioning which is terrible considering that Cuernavaca is very hot and humid in the summer months.

The resort itself is beautiful. However, the rooms are dated and could use a facelift. The furniture has seen better days and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed in a 2 room villa. All the lighting did not work. The restaurant service and the food great. We had, manicures, pedicure, facials and massages. The ladies doing the service were wonderful, however for the mani-pedi you only had like 5 colors of polish to chose from which I found unacceptable. All in all it is a nice place. I may look for a more up to date location next time I am in the area.

It was perfect green areas and garden... The rooms are old fashion and feel like if you are in the 70's but lovely view and nice gardens. Perfect to be in a quite place only. Food was nice and good.

Stayed. Here ten years ago. Grounds and spa services still wonderful. Perfunctorily service and limited menu options at restaurant. Our door lock was very difficult to use. We were advised to not lock our door as no one will trespass. Not acceptable.

There aren't enough good things to say about this resort. It's like they took a slice from the garden of eden and placed it Cuernavaca, Mexico. Gorgeously manicured gardens and streams that weave through the entire resort, a beautiful pool and spa that makes the city of eternal spring that much more enjoyable, rejuvenating spa services sure to leave you more relaxed than you could imagine, delicious food at the restaurant that can just as easily be served in your room or at the pool, charming rooms and suites that all open to some aspect of nature, and equally important to everything else, a sweet, generous, and hospitable staff always going above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. Counting down to my next visit, already miss the magic!

The resort was nice but trying to get there without getting lost was quite an experience. There’s no door for the bathroom and shower area, so you better take someone that is very close to you. I just like my privacy when I go to the restroom. Staff was pretty cool and helpful, pool was nice, the food was good but not too many choices to chose from.

It is a mystical place, with wonderful gardens, full of flowers and 2 amazing swimming pools. Rooms are very confortables. diferents, and there is a and massage area with jacuzzi and cosmic and relax music like environment

Beautiful grounds.Dining room menu and food were superb. Lacked Internet and television . Zero to do within walking distance so if you are looking for a serene beautiful place to relax, this it. If you want anything else you need transportation or taxi. Not much English spoken or written here. That said a nice peaceful place to be outside Cuernavaca.

Wonderful Hotel surrounded by beautifully landscaped terrain that creates a peaceful oasis. Excellent dining. Staff very friendly and attentive. Overall a very relaxing experience.The rooms are large with a high domed ceiling . Only con was the bed it needs attention. Mattress and spring box were beyond prime. Also sleeping during the day Is difficult due to bright sunlight coming in from the sky light. Otherwise Highly recommend this hotel.
