Very much enjoyed my stay. Understandably they’re renovating, but even so it was a very comfortable hotel, with a very nice room. Also, shout out to Pam at reception for being one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.

The staff I interacted with were wonderful. It feels unfair to comment on the hotels condition with the renovations in progress, though my room was nice.

I booked an accessible room. The hotel is undergoing a lot of renovations currently and the elevator wasnt working, so I was going to have to carry my wagon up the stairs. I simply cant do that. The manager, Joe, offered to help me carry it, but then as I walked away, he found me a room on the first floor. He upgraded me to a suite, and when I needed a lot of ice (going through treatment rn) he stopped what he was doing, went and opened a new bag for me and helped me fill my tumbler. The room was lovely, beds EXTREMELY comfortable. Room was clean and easily accessible for me. Again, it was a bit rough - I booked through a third party, so no idea that there was a busted elevator, closed pool, or construction materials everywhere- but Joe went above and beyond to make sure my stay was safe and comfortable. I will be returning to stay here whenever I am in the area again. Fantastic service! This place will
