You can go to the Dalian station on foot.(10minutes) There are several bars near from this hotel. Good relocation.

Property is extremely dated in room and lobby.
However, it is a very convenient location for touring around the city. Especially taxi fare is inexpensive. Meter starts at RMB$10.
