Personnel was friendly. BUT bathroom floor had a spill of something that I cleaned and there were spills on the sofa that I cleaned. Obviously, help is hard to fine or ?

The apartment was superb. Only issue I had was it took 2 days for the tech to fix the Tv.that was unacceptable.

I was in town to celebrate my 50th birthday and I planned my stay accordingly. However when i arrived and got checked in, I get to my room to find out that I wasn't given the room i clearly didn't request nor wanted!! I am 6'4 278lbs and I am so uncomfortable in anything smaller than a KING! My lady is 5'10! We couldn't enjoyed a night of rest together because of the bed!!! I should've been informed of the room change prior to check-in or during check-in!!

Breakfast Was terrible!!!! More regular food choices, everyone isnt on a diet! Also the room ac units were terrible, high felt like it was on LOW!!!

The hotel is under renovation!! No lobby no breakfast but something to take and go. I saw an indoor pool on the website but there was not one available:(. I would love some of my money back.

The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The lobby area is undergoing renovation which I expected. My only concern was that the breakfast was not particularly good.

The facility is under construction. There is nowhere to sit in the lobby for breakfast. Parking is marked off so we had to park in the next lot. Our room was nice until a giant roach came out and started jumping at us. However, the staff was okay.

We happened to be here when the lobby was under construction, so everything was a little dusty and the breakfast was grab and go. But as this condition is only temporary I didn't consider it in my rating. The staff was friendly, the rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. The furniture was a little firm for our taste, sofa and bed. But that was just us, and we still got a great night sleep. Plenty of parking and seemed to be centrally located. Would definitely stay again.

This was such a great stay!! We were there for the Lana concert and they were super accommodating and sweet. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly.

People should be warned that the hotel is under construction! There was no lobby available and business center available. It is not right to not warn people that these amenities are not available when they are paying full price for a stay

I reserved a room with a king size bed and got a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The desk in the room was located in front of a door to an adjoining room. It was a nice desk with power outlets but there was nowhere to plug the desk in so it had power.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and the daily breakfast choices were superb!! Very clean and the food variety was plentiful and delicious!! The food ladies worked hard to keep everything full and hot! We will definitely recommend and return!

Excellent location close to UNC-Charlotte and beautiful rooms. I was so excited to stay on the first floor of a hotel!! The only inconvenience was the shower not having a shelf or ledge for my soap.

This was an ok stay, but I would say be mindful they are doing renovations so the rooms are looking better but it’s still an older hotel in some areas. ALSO try to avoid the first floor. There were a lot of bugs we encountered every day including gnats, mosquitoes, spiders and we even had a roach in the bathroom one night. However the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 3 weeks to do my summer residency for my teaching certification. This hotel was freshly renovated !!! There was still a good bit of construction going on. The pool was closed for remodeling but everything else was accessible. The floor i was on was quiet and very relaxing. All my furniture was brand new, carpet, bathroom, kitchenette was too. The house keeping staff is fantastic. My room was cleaned every other day while I was at school. I had a great stay and would use this hotel again if I ever visit Charlotte again.

Half the hotel was under renovations. I believe I got a newly renovated room which was very comfy. I have to say that room was great! The staff is amazing. The outside has seen better days with an empty restaurant in the parking lot and homeless.
