The first room I was put in had a huge spider in the bed. I Going to attempt to kill it, but it went under the pillow and got away. So I requested a new room. The second room that I was put in trash on the floor, hair all in the bed, and a dirty rag and towel hanging up in the bathroom still. They placed me in a third room. It was an adjoining room with a door going to the next room over. So I could literally hear everything that was happening in the next room. The people in that room had music playing pretty loud until around 11:30 PM that night. I called the front desk it, And the lady told me that she would call and get to them to turn the music down. She never even called the room and asked them to. I finally just requested a refund and left and found somewhere else to stay. I was told they were going to my Marriott account with some free days, But I never received those.

The initial reaction was hmmm. Looks a little rough here. There were people smoking just outside the door. The receptionist was young and told us she was dying for chocolate. Room was just ok. Linens did smell fresh. But room was otherwise clean. Very poor water pressure in the shower. We told the receptionist but she said there were no more rooms. But she’d check to see if anything could be done. She never followed up with us. We needed to go see her. Said nothing could be done. This was not my favorite stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room’s cleanliness was impeccable, which is rare these days. The breakfast was legit. What more could you want??

It is 1am and the room next door are yelling and crying very loudly and being inconsiderate of other guests. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

Everything about our stay was exceptional, beyond expectations. The front desk staff were particularly helpful. The room was very comfortable. I would've wished for 1-2 armchairs, but understand that even a generous sized King room would fill up all too quickly with those additions. The breakfast was buffet-style and quite good.

Bathroom door gets stuck on floor halfway open Carpet multiple stains Table between beds had shiny sticky residue that we had to wipe off with sanitary wipe Right head board had something that we also wiped off Beds were comfortable and clean Overall, probably wouldn't return for a stay Expected more from a Marriot Inn

The front desk staff was some of the best I’ve ever encountered, but the room was filthy. The bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped in what seemed like quite awhile. And there were many additional areas that looked filthy. I was VERY grossed out. Climbed into bed and didn’t move until check out. I should have asked for a new room. Breakfast was good, served only 6-9. Again, extremely friendly staff (3 women, all nice and helpful), but housekeeping was poor to say the least. The bathroom photos don’t do it justice - way dirtier in person. And the headboard was worse than photo’d. Gross, gross, gross.

The hotel was great, however when I arrived I had to wait, which felt like forever for someone to check us in. No one was present at the front desk for about 5 minutes, and when you have children under 10 with you, it feels like an eternity! One the hostess arrived, she felt bad that she took so long, and said that she is the ONLY worker onsite and she has to take sheets up to the 3rd floor for another guest and that took time. It seemed weird that no “note” was left to advise patrons of the whereabouts or the timing of the check-in process. Just a note would be nice to at least inform new customers of the absence would have been nice.

I put the sign to clean the room and they never cleaned it for me. I had to go to reception to ask for soap because I didn't have it in the room either.

It was a good stay but our room had only 1 set of wash cloth/hand towel. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping. I think squirt bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are a good idea, but I wish it were possible to actually read what each bottle contains when I’m not wearing my glasses in the shower. The massage shower head worked fine but the water pressure was very light. And whoever designed the plumbing fixtures for the tub was not thinking clearly. Clean lines with no buttons to push may look nice, but who would think you actually have to lift the spout to get water to come out of the shower head?!

Initially I was able to see that the room was not cleaned well. I spent a few minutes cleaning up hair on the floor of the room. Once in the bed, someone else’s hair flew in my face so I shrugged it off. I later found several strands of hair in the bed but the bedding appeared to be clean. The light in the bathroom did not work which made it pretty dark. The staff were not very friendly except for one who brought up towels after our room was not cleaned for the day. Overall, in my opinion the room did not look like anything I booked. I will say that the shower had the best water pressure, the water was nice and hot and breakfast was just okay. I think I expected a little more from Fairfield. I travel frequently to PA but I will not be booking again and felt like it was a waste of money.

I look for Marriott hotels to stay in because they are clean, comfortable and always well manicured. This was just eh.. The building was very old, the bathroom made me concerned my room was dirty because of the floor stains (looked dirty under the vanity counter). It was quiet and a nice breakfast.

Amazing staff and tasty breakfast with nicer and more options than your average included hotel breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The bathroom does need an update though - it was moldy in quite a few spots.
