The elevator in the garage situation was a little off putting if its tour 1st time staying there. It was very dangerous and frustrating to be alone in the garage with my things and unable to get into the elevator. Andrea was very sweet with accomadating me for the inconvenience. Alexis even escorted me up to my floor which was above and beyond the call of duty. I loved the staff, the cleanliness and quietness of the hotel. I always stay at The Courtyard wherever I go. The elevator situation wouldn't stop me from returning there or any other location.

This Courtyard is in a great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Bistro where we ate breakfast has a wonderful staff of friendly people. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of them and their service.

Access to the elevator from the garage was tricky, garage elevator only took you to the main floor, had to join à second one to go to my room. Breakfast was very minimal for the cost.

Front desk was friendly and polite. Check in was smooth. Hotel area in the heart of shopping and about 5-6 min walk from great dining and fells point. A little bit of a hike to chg arena (28 Min).

Had a very good experience staying at the Courtyard. Staff is very friendly, with special thanks to Sofia for her kindness! Hallways can be a bit noisy at times, but not big deal for me. Hotel has also a great location.

We visited Baltimore for the weekend and attended an Orioles game. This hotel was central to all the things we needed and only a few minute walk to the inner harbour area. The walk back from Camden Yards was only 20 mins or so and we found some cool pubs to stop at along the way back. Overall the hotel was awesome, location and parking really sell this place.

The water in the shower was not reliable first too cold and then too hot, was impossible to regulate!!! The outlet in the lamp did not work properly. Our phones were not charged!!!

Properly was very nice and staff was quite professional. The hotel bar was nice but I think a bit highly priced. I expect hotel bars to be a littler higher as guests are really the proverbial fish in a barrel. I still found the value in not having to travel for a drink and only having top shelf options. I would stay again

Great location to restaurants and shops but also quiet! Staff was friendly, place was clean, and they have a parking garage attached - so no need to step out in bad weather if you don’t have to! Def will stay again.

Overall, this was a very good property. Rooms were clean, and everything had a new feel. My only negative comment is about breakfast. Usually, with hotels in this range there are options that include a buffet or some sort. But this property had none of that -- plus no table service. You had to stand in line to order breakfast, then go and sit and wait for it to be ready. I understand having a restaurant where they wait on you -- and that's fine. And I especially like a restaurant with a buffet option. But the breakfast option at Courtyard was really really disappointing.

This hotel is located in a nice area, and close to the water. I am so glad I chose this se ruin of time which seems like it has more recently gone through so redevelopment. It was cleaner and safer then other areas in and around the inner harbor.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, I was late for my check-in however I caked ahead and they told me no worries. The hotel was very nice and clean the room just a little dated but overall I was very pleased with my stay and I would definitely come back
