Has just an overnight stay. Every thing was nice and clean. The desk staff was very friendly. Can’t rate the breakfast yet, haven’t eaten yet.

The bed was not as comfortable as hoped but as we get older we get too used to our beds. The bathroom could use some updating.

This was fantastic for me as I travel for work and it was great not being bottled up in a tiny room. The front desk girls were so kind and helpful! Breakfast was better than most places! I also got an upgrade since they over booked and that was really nice!

Fire alarm went off at 1am and again at 2 am. Also the hotel was damaged last new years by flooding and carpet still is not complete reinstalled.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It looks like they are in the middle of a remodel but it was still very quiet and they were respectful of guests. I would definitely stay here again!

Teresa and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job getting the rooms ready for the swifties in town for the concert. We arrived for concert #2, and the first concert goers partied all night and were late checking out. Thanks For a great stay! Delicious breakfast too!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is run down…seems like new hallways, but the rooms are pretty bad. Could be nice if they fixed all the other rooms

We had a long drive and were so tired. The front desk staff was kind, courteous, personable, friendly, and efficient throughout the checkin process. By the time I got my room keys, I was laughing so much that I forgot how exhausted I was. One of the best checkin experiences I have ever had.

The staff is incredible. All of them were so kind and helpful - including the maintenance man who had to change our broken lock at 9pm on a Friday. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was so rundown and not in good condition. Not worth the price when there are several nicer hotels in the area

The employees were very kind and helpful. The room had crumbs on the rug and on a table. Spots on the sofa. Breakfast was disappointing, even during Covid. 1st day, no fruit, slim pickings in prepackaged, ended up at Cracker Barrel. 2nd day better selection.

Swimming pool out of service and it wasn’t posted on the site. Got to hotel early morning wanting to go to bed and then arguing that it wasn’t paid for when I paid hotels.com had to argue with manager until 2 in the morning
