Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. A little musty in the room. Would be nice if they offered breakfast or at least continental breakfast.

We loved staying here! Great staff and location! Private Parking. But my Teens missed the pool, please make it work again. Oh and the elevator 😊. Wonderful hotel in the heart of Christiansted St. Croix, US Virgin Islands!

This site sold me a Harbor View room and what we got was a view of the parking lot. When I told them when we arrived that it wasn’t what I had purchased I was told that it wasn’t their problem because I didn’t purchase it through them. They had no other rooms available so I had no other choices. It was too late in the evening to find somewhere else. The evening desk attendant was rude and when I asked her a question she lied straight to my face. The unprofessionalism was astounding. If you are going to work with the public, you need some modicum of rapport.

Hotel is in a convenient location, very good restaurant (Rum Runner), however, parking was terrible and area was under construction. A more friendly customer service needed!

My stay at the Caravelle was amazing. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. The room was spacious, clean and had an awesome view of the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance to explore. Overall it was a great stay. My one critique would be that there is limited space for parking if you plan on renting a vehicle while you’re there. Even with that said, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We liked that the hotel was convenient to shopping, a lovely beach only a short boat ride away and clean rooms. Parking is available for $25.00 a day well worth the price of not trying to figure out where to park. You could pay only $5.00 a day at the public parking area however it’s a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

The location is very convenient in the heart of Christiansted. Great view from the 3rd floor room. The Lobby area should have a food/snack bar that open early by 6:00am and late at 12:00pm.

I didn't like the fact that parking is for a fee! The fee was astronomically high. Perhaps if there was valet then it was justified.

I will never use Expedia again and I want everyone to know it. My friends retirement party, the reason for my travel, got postponed to October - more than 24 hours advance of the July reservation date. I tried to reschedule but Expedia told me the hotel would not allow it and there would be a cancellation “fee” equivalent to the price of the room! Then on the check in day I got a call from the Caravelle itself asking if I planned to check in. The person told me of course they would have rescheduled my stay and that “we don’t have any cancellation fee”! From now on I will use Expediate to see a list of possible hotels then get the number off a website and book directly. Extremely upset with Expedia!!

Location is great! close to shopping, eating, attractions, right on the boardwalk! Room was clean, mattress comfortable, the only thing I wasn't happy is the parking, there was not parking when I arrived, I had to move the car to government parking a block or two away the first night and the second night I had to park the car on the alley. There is no swimming pool or hot tub onsite, we had to walk 5 blocks to get to a sister property hotel to use their cold water pool, we were there no more than 15 minutes. Other than that is a nice hotel to stay.

I would say the room was beautiful, well updated. It did have a musty smell but I forgive it for being an very old building. It was much less after running AC for a awhile. Unfortunately it was noisy till about 10 IDK construction. Harileen was excellent super nice and attentive. The courtyard area is very nice. RUM RUNNERS the restaurant bar was nice and immediately by the water. Food was pretty good

This property or Hotel is simply excellent! The location is on a peer right next to the sea so you get spectacular views and nice relaxing breeze, not to mention the numerous restaurants located right there on the peer! The Casino is state orlf the art great service and free drinks. This is now one of my main. destinations to vacate to!!

My favorite place to stay in St. Croix. Convenient location with parking for guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shops and the dock where you can stroll along the waters edge. I highly recommend this hotel.

First off the lady that check me in was nothing short of Amazing. Ok here is where we go wrong first off they put me in a room far too the back where cell phone reception was so horrible. Secondly that is not the room we booked. They room was not properly cleaned and had a musty smell. Then out of the blue the ac started making a loud annoying noise and then started to leak a bunch of water into the room which was so horrible cause this inconvenience made us late for dinner. The Night audit lady can’t remember her name she was the highlight of my trip she was so friendly and knows and answered all the questions we had.

The room was pretty but I did not like the fact the pool was under construction and if we wanted to use it we had to go to another hotel. Kind of a big deal if you're on vacation these are the things you look for to relax with.

The water view was amazing! The convenient downtown location was perfect. The one surprise that we didn't appreciate was the $25 per day charged to keep our car parked in their parking lot. Otherwise our car was to be parked anywhere in the town on the street.

This is a very cute, conveniently located hotel. The room was clean, comfortable & had great a/c. Rum Runners bar/restaurant & Big Beard's Adventure Tours are located right next to the hotel. I highly recommend Big Beard's also!
