I stayed at a studio room for a week to attend a conference at the Minneapolis convention center. The hotel is a little bit far from the center (about 20~25 min by walk). But the room is wide enough and the desk and chair are suitable for laptop work. The fireplace in the room made a relaxed mood. The breakfast was nice! The whole foods market is nearby so I could buy and have some foods using the kitchen. Laundry machines are also available. All of these advantages made my business reasonable.

Its my 2nd time at this place & both times, have been good. Cleanliness, good customer service, quick check in, check out and friendly maintenance as well. Our tv was acting up and they showed up within 5 mins to fix it.

Plenty of space, very comfortable, clean. Katherine/Kathryn who was at the front desk when I checked in was so kind, pleasant and helpful. She was the highlight of my stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, only problem was the bed and pillows. The pillows go flat when you lay on it, and the bed was very hard, couldn't wait to get back home to my own bed.

Great North Loop location. Our room had a full-size fridge, stovetop and dishwasher. So convenient to walk to Milwaukee Road restaurant and bar. Front desk staff was so helpful.

Worked great for our weekend in Minneapolis. Easy parking. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Rooms are showing some wear, but the room was clean and comfortable -- except for the sofa, which does need replacing. Great breakfast!

Wonderful stay with our great granddaughter for the weekend and Aquatennial fireworks. Room worked great. Checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok…typical scrambled eggs, etc. Nothing special. No USB ports in the room.

The woman who checked us in was a little dry and not friendly. When I asked how much a small bottle of Aquafina water was, and she said $3, I said ok, and walked away and she gave a big "huff". Past that the rest of the desk staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Rooms need minor maintenance (garbage disposal didn't work, refrigerator looked like some had hit it a number of times with a hammer, no usb charging ports only 110 outlets around the room). Was quiet for the most part. Breakfast was decent. Was a typical middle of the road type of hotel, not fancy, but not horrible.

I would 100% recommend this hotel! It was within walking distance (4-5 blocks) from US Bank Stadium and the light rail train. Breakfast was incredible! Parking is pay parking but is on-site and either indoor or outdoor.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the night team and day staff were able to provide good suggestions for food and places to see. The room was comfortable and clean but worn. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. Overall the visit was a plus.

Upon checkin the receptionist was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The next couple of days staying there I had a receptionist who was extremely rude, if I had met them the first night I can't say I would've been very hopeful staying there. He was by far the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. The room itself was good and I can't complain there.

The historic setting of this location makes for a great entry point to staying in the Mill District of Minneapolis. The hotel has displays showcasing many historic artifacts of the Milwaukee Road. Breakfast options were plentiful, even for the members of our group with selective diets. We have stayed here multiple visits to Minneapolis and plan on staying here again in the future.

only one cart for hauling suitcases to rooms, had to carry down our bags to our car. Suggest having two carts available. other than that we love this place, the rooms make you feel like at home, and very cozy : )

First and foremost we didn’t get to stay because I swiped my card and although the funds looked to have been removed from my account apparently were not removed from my card because the hotel manager said they didn’t take my card type. So on my sons birthday we were not able to get the reserved room nor were we able to get a refund and I’m out of $230.00. Now my card is going to be suspended. Plus this ruined our weekend plans I’ma single month just out of hard earned money and my kids Birthday was horrible because I was broke after that!

Our family of four stayed for a week. We liked the kitchenette and the parking. The breakfast was good and the gym was excellent. The location near the river was good but the neighborhood can be noisy. We were awakened by a repetitive car alarm multiple nights and in some cases several times in the same night. Bring your earplugs. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

It was a comfortable weeklong stay. Excellent location, attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms. We had an issue during our first night about a beeping smoke alarm whose battery had expired. It was difficult to get hold of someone at the front desk at 3 AM. However, when someone did answer we were allowed to switch rooms and the alarm situation was fixed early next day. In addition, the staff allowed me a late check out. I appreciated their courtesy and service. If I come back to Minneapolis for work again, I'll certainly consider staying here. It will be one of my top choices.

Property is worn, not so clean and tired. Refrigerator was so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. Toilet was broken when we came into the room and couldn’t be fixed until next morning. Evidence of water damage in walls and carpet was really stained in places.
