Overall this hotel was fine. The front desk staff was friendly. It was a bit dated, but they are in the midst of renovations, which I didn’t see. But our room seemed fresh and new.

The room was not cleaned very well. There was no soap in the bathroom and when i went to the front desk to request som the employee told me itmwas mounted on the wall. I informed him that the bracket was there but no soap was in it. He had an attitude and gave me a small bar of soap to use. The continental breakfast was nice though.

Everything seemed good except for the contracting/construction work in the room seemed very cheap and not good. Paint,plaster, bathroom work. Made me feel like i over paid. Room was clean and it was very quiet. Appreciate the rest.

We purposely choose Holiday Inn Express when we travel because in our experience they can be counted on to be clean and we can depend on the services we like. That was mostly true this time except the hand soap and bath soap were missing from our suite. Not a big deal, but we missed having it. The Kleenex box had three tissues in it, and someone’s dental floss was on the floor. They were having an especially busy weekend, though so maybe this was unusual for them. We just spent 8 nights in Holiday Inn Expresses across the north eastern states. This is the only one that disappointed us a little.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The neighborhood is nice with many shops and restaurants but the inside is awful. The hotel has some newer renovations, however, the quality of work looks horrible and everything is dirty. There is a need for attention to detail. As for the staff, they were cordial but not necessarily nice. I was hopeful based off of past experiences with Holiday Inn hotels and reviews but I would not stay here again. We didn't even attempt to try the free breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty in spots. In a double bed room, in one bed we found a little rock. Then the other bed had a tiny spider between the sheets and comforter as well as little fuzzes. Probably would not had known about the fuzzes until looking for more spiders.

Very run down. Actually, kind of a dump. Leaking toilet, not very clean (bobby pins in the shower, trash in the trash cans already), really poorly patched holes in walls, no hot breakfast (as was advertised). When we brought the concerns to the manager, he actually started to get loud and argue with us. Since we were checking out I just left the keys and walked away. He continued making all kinds of excuses getting louder and louder. I'm pretty low maintenance, just wanted to bring it to their attention and maybe get an apology. Don't blame everybody else, just take some responsibility and try to do better man.

Hotel initially seemed nice, clean, and somewhat modern when we walked in. That was until we saw our room and looked around the hotel. Pool looked murky. Fitness center consisted of only two machines and four dumbbells. The cleanliness of our room needed improvement. The sheets had stains some looked dirty. The AC unit was leaking water onto the carpet. The bathroom had holes in the wall. The tub creaked loudly when standing and taking a shower. Other than these issues our stay was OK. The breakfast and coffee were fresh. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with an issue we had.

The hotel was under construction. I had no landline telephone for 3 days (although I asked each day), only to get an excuse about the construction workers misplacing the telephone cable. As I left my door ajar & went for ice one morning (a few doors down the hall) and a worker walked into my room without knocking (and my wife was in the room). When I asked if I could help him, his English-speaking co-worker said he was looking for his tools. After this, I decided to checkout early and the biggest problem was with Hotels.com. Totally disappointed and unacceptable!

Beds not made properly. Looked like either sheets not changed or sheets and spreads not tucked in. …or someone sat on bed after it was made… questionable. Curtains falling off rods. Under renovation. Non-refundable, so I did stay. Bed (in the third room I tried) was comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast… can’t rate. Hope better condition after reno.

This is the most poorly run hotel I’ve attempted to get a room at. Checked in at 3 pm and out by 7:30pm. Needed a handicap room, none available. Even though I booked one. Management was rude and unprofessional, rom was just not nice and up to most Holiday inn standards. Manager and stared lecturing me how he should have charged me a pet fee and did. Just totally unprofessional, will be a very long time till I try an IHG properly again. Stay somewhere else that’s under better management.

It was fine for a night. We got in and the front desk guy was not friendly, he wasn't mean, but customer service was rough. The hotel is in serious need of renovations, a new carpet, maybe some new furniture, and a plumber. The hot water did not work very well in the shower or the faucet. We had trouble getting the hot water to work in the shower, until we screwed in the shower handle better. Furniture was a little old and some of the lights didn't work. The bed was nice and the breakfast was good, but if you need to stay a night go across the street to the Fairfield. I will also say that it is a very good location and if you need a place to stay it's not the worst I've ever been to.

Very dirty for a recent remodel. Craftsmanship looks like something out of a hostel in Eastern Europe. Staff set garbage can on top of coffee bar to remove trash bag and walks off leaving trash can sitting on coffee bar. Room was covered in dust from attempt at remodel. Lamps had burned out lightbulbs, paint on curtains, toilet paper holder loose and hanging to the point the roll would slide off. Stairs had dried mud on them from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor the entire stay of 3 says. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn and how they let this go on in their properties.

Work out room did not have any disinfection wipes for equipment. Our room did not have a shower curtain, but once installed, the curtain keep on sliding open from both ends, because the rod was loose from the wall.

There was no hand soap in tge bathrooms and the maid service never did pick up the trash or bring fresh towels. I had to go to the service desk to get fresh towels. The room door kwy cards worked about half the time.

We had to find another hotel after leaving one due to poor conditions. This hotel was clean and maintained better than the first hotel we booked. The bed was comfortable and shower was good sized. All the appliances worked how they should. The breakfast provided was great! Had biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, and more available for guests. Will definitely book again when we visit family!
