7 blocks to Paulista Avenue. Although it is within walking distance, we recommend taking an Uber as there is a steep uphill slope. There are few restaurants within walking distance. Convenience stores are also within walking distance. It is a safe place. The room has been renovated. Breakfast is also average. The internet is fast. The air conditioner is also strong. The staff are also kind.

Overall great stay! Room was perfect. Area around the hotel super convenient and very safe. Breakfast was not bad I've had better in another hotel nearby but it does the job and has some pretty great options. Overall I'd definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful!

The hotel is one of few options in the Oscar Freire area. It is a decent option but don’t have high expectations. The foyer and restaurant area is welcoming and in good condition but my room was dated and tired. The bedding had that clammy old feel to it, the paint was chipped, the drapes a bit damaged, the sink was plugged, and it was a generally old style 80’s/90’s decor and layout with single pane glass windows so there is outside noise. The good thing is that it is in a quiet area. All this would be fine, but presumably because of its location around the upscale Oscar Friere shopping district (a nice area for shopping and street cafes etc), it charges a higher price than a property of this nature would normally charge. If you’re OK with that, it’s not a bad option and oddly, despite these comments, I would stay there again. Just don’t have too high expectations. And, property managers, if you are reading this, please consider refreshing the bedding. It would make a big difference.

Excellent location next to Oscar Freire street, one of the nicest parts of the city. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff members are very helpful. Relatively good price / quality ratio, especially for this part of the city.

Great and convenient location for business trip to São Paulo. Spacious room, lots of dining options nearby, as well as shopping. Also great team at front desk!

Although this is a 5 start hotel, it needs a but of TLC. The bed was very comfy and the shower was good (could be better). The room was good, but could do with some drawers. However the sauna is useless. You have to go and switch it on, wait for it to warm up and when it has, it's still not hot enough. I ask for someone to turn up the temperature, but it didn't help. There is also no changing rooms for the sauna/pool just a toilet area. The pool was being rennovated while we were there.

Well - a medium/average hotel in the mid/higher price range dir São Paulo and if for business I don’t understand why cheap hotels have fast/great internet and expensive hotels have lousy internet… I haven’t switched on a TV on a hotel for four years and still hotels think this is important. Friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast and great location. There weren't many English speaking staff here (shame on me for not learning more Portuguese) but with the few that did, Google translator and sign/hand motions we had a GREAT STAY!

Rooms have bedbugs! Location is great, staff is super friendly but none of this matter if they fail to meet the basic cleaning standards! Arrived the first night to find my room with bedbugs on the curtains, they changed me 3 times of room, but ALL of the rooms had bedbugs. The next day I asked for a refund of the pending night which they refused, instead they changed me again to a different room, at least this one seemed ok (or I hope it was). I really hope they take this issue seriously.

Incredible location. Nothing substantive to complain about. Only thing to improve is process for guests to visit which takes too long at night. Also $R600 fee for additional overnight guest is exorbitant.

Stay was pleasant and the staff attentive. Hotel was almost empty due to the lockdown in Sao Paulo over the weekend. Room was large and well furnished. I would just suggest softer towels and perhaps bed pillows a bit firmer. But overall it was a comfortable stay.
