This charming hotel is located a very short walk from the central train station and with walking distance to everything in central Gothenburg. The decor in common areas and rooms is so beautiful and brings one back to a bygone era. The breakfast is a delightful and generous buffet. Coffee and tea is always available in the lobby. The staff is very helpful and kind with personal and thoughtful service. I will always stay here when I visit Gothenburg, which is my home town.

The hotel really met our needs. It's not a plush place, but very comfortable, great staff and tasty breakfasts. There are lots of restaurants within a few hundred meters if you don't want to eat at the hotel itself, which has a good restaurant.
Also, it's easy to get into the Gamlastan area in Stockholm using the metro that's nearby.
