I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming this hotel was. Parking was difficult to find during the day but by the evening there were plenty of spaces. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me get a travel cot. The bed was comfortable and and curtains near to blackout. Breakfast was nice - and they made me some veggie sausages which were actually good! The swimming pool was lovely and hot, and the spa facilities were clean and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are dated but clean.

Place was excellent and staff were so nice and helpful, we had our wedding day on the night before coming and didnt have our phone chargers and we asked reception and got a phone charger to borrow, no extra cost, no time it has to be back so it was great! Breakfast was Amazing, one of the best ive had so cant fault that. Spa area could need some improvement, there was quite a lot of mold around and smelt quite strongly in some areas, also the pool area was supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere with no splashing and no shouting, yet we had at least an hour while we were there with shouting kids, splashing water at eachother and bombs in the pool which is in No Way relaxing. Other than that, great stay and I want to come back again!

I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge! The bathroom was lovely.
unfortunately one of the radiators in my room was stuck on but with the windows open and the fan blowing it was a comfortable temperature.
Although the swimming pool had quite a lot of bits floating in it, the Sauna was great and the rest of the spa facilities were brilliant. I had two treatments done during my stay and thoroughly enjoyed both. The breakfast selection was amazing! As well as the usual cooked breakfast items, there were cereals, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, alonf with a choice of bread, crumpets, croissants and pain-o-chocolat, and also a choice of cured meats, salami, fresh fruit and salad! Something for everyone!
