Hotel felt homie and safe. All staff was super friendly. Resort is a bit dated, but I wasnt mad at it at all. They are upgrading little by little amd said next time we could request an updated room. We did have termites in our room, but once reported they came and recleaned our room, did some spraying and we were good from then on.would definitely recommended

The location is definitely one to enjoy being on a marina and it is truly family friendly with its playground availability.
A few things to note, the rooms are mature and in need a renovation. They make you well aware that there is a surcharge for WiFi (realistically, who wants to pay for that in this day and age) so it creates an even deeper and intentional quality time with family.
A great thing- our flight arrived around 7:30am and while check in wasn’t until 4:00pm, they graciously accommodated us since our room was ready.
Be cautious, naturally, with the stairwell if you have younger children.
I enjoyed the club house. The food was decent, the staff was amazing, especially William the bartender, and the service was great.
Check out was easy, however, on a Sunday, the front desk doesn’t open until 10am and that’s the check out time. It felt a little annoying having to wait for that.
Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, the experience was nice but the place is in need of upgrades.
